He focuses on complex corporate matters involving the interplay of the rights and obligations of management, and the various classes of equity holders and lenders and others. Mr. Jacobs is a member of the Philadelphia, New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.S. degree in economics from Cook College, Rutgers University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
