Howard L. Lotven
is a sole practitioner with the law office of Howard L. Lotven P.C. He primarily represents clients in criminal/municipal courts and traffic courts. Mr. Lotven has been either a prosecutor or a defense attorney in more than 10,000 cases. He also represents clients in family law matters, including divorce, paternity, modification of child support, custody and visitation. Mr. Lotven's professional associations and memberships include Volunteer Attorney Project, The Missouri Bar General Practice Committee, Municipal Court Prosecutors Association of Western Missouri, Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association, and Association of Women Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and U.S. Federal Court. Mr. Lotven earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Drake University and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

Lewanna Bell-Lloyd
is a sole practitioner in Olathe, where her main area of practice is family law. She earned her B.S.E. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kansas. Ms. Bell-Lloyd has spoken for various professional groups on topics relating to her area of practice. She is a member of the Johnson County and Kansas bar associations, and a past member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Bell-Lloyd is admitted to practice in Kansas.

Joseph A. DeWoskin
is a solo practitioner in Kansas City, Kansas. He practices in the areas of family law, military law, landlord/tenant, Uniform Services and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), and general litigation. Mr. DeWoskin is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Federal District Court for the Western District of Missouri, U.S. Federal District Court of Kansas, United States Army Criminal Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He has over 29 years of legal experience, including nearly 9 years of service on active duty with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps. Mr. DeWoskin retired in 2018 as a Lieutenant Colonel, after serving approximately 27 years both on active duty and in the U.S. Army Reserves. He has been retained on multiple occasions to testify and assist as an expert on legal matters relating to divorce involving military personnel, including cases involving the division of military retirement, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), and rights under the Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act. Mr. DeWoskin has taught CLEs nationwide on issues including military specific family law issues related to divorce, child support, child custody, and the division of the military retirement, as well as the SCRA and USERRA. He earned his B.A. degree from Washington & Jefferson College and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

is principal of The Law Offices of Michael James Studtmann, P.A., where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy, divorce, child custody, estate planning, probate, and criminal defense. He has more than 31 years of experience and has a strong reputation for protecting the rights of his clients ethically and competently. Mr. Studtmann is a member of the Wichita Bar Association (Lawyer's Assistance Committee), Kansas Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Kansas, and before the U.S. District Court District of Kansas and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Studtmann earned his B.A. degree from Bethany College and J.D. degree from Washburn University School of Law.
