Speaker bio
Alina Lee
is the Founding Partner of Aspire Law, which supports in-house legal departments at some of America's largest and most beloved brands. She provides practical legal advice to companies structuring multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns from start to finish. Alina also provides guidance on a wide variety of software for dark pattern compliance, compliance with payment processing laws, and pricing disclosures. Ms. Lee's firm supports a full array of transactions related to marketing, software development, IP licensing, sales transactions, procurement transactions, and general in-house transactional overflow support. Prior to starting her own law firm, Alina was in-house counsel to Mailchimp (a prominent tech company in the marketing space) and Southern Company Gas (a large public utility company). In her in-house roles, she was a general transactional attorney with a focus in marketing, IP, and IT related transactions and counseling. Ms. Lee is admitted in Georgia and her firm has attorneys licensed in California too. She earned her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. degree from the University of Georgia.

James M. Susag
is a seasoned trial attorney with a focus on franchise and dealer disputes, real estate, and complex commercial matters. He has been the lead attorney in over 100 trials and arbitrations in state and federal courts across the country, and in domestic and international arbitration forums. Mr. Susag has the unique perspective of a trial lawyer who has also managed complex litigation and developed strategic legal plans as in-house counsel. Clients appreciate his boardroom-to-courtroom experience in crafting resolutions for their business disputes. Mr. Susag is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh, Fourth and Eighth circuits. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law.

Keely Jac Collins
, Esquire, LL.M., is an attorney with Jackson Lewis P.C. As both counselor and advocate for businesses large and small across all sectors, unionized and non-unionized, Ms. Collins takes a practical approach to advising and advocating for businesses nationwide. Both small family businesses and corporate boards of directors have benefited from her attention to the details of law and business, creative solutions, and zealous advocacy for businesses in negotiations before numerous administrative agencies, and in all levels of state and federal court. As an experienced collaborator with large organizations' in-house counsel and general and employment counsel, Ms. Collins is trusted by other attorneys to strengthen the value they offer to the organizations they serve. She earned her LL.M. degree in tax, with a specialization in employee benefits, from Villanova University School of Law; and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.

John M. McCall
is an associate attorney in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has a diverse legal background that gives him a unique perspective. Mr. McCall's law practice focuses on counseling and representing clients in active civil litigation. He has litigation experience in matters involving employment disputes, non-compete agreements, partnership and business disputes, fiduciary obligations, trusts, and torts. Mr. McCall has first and second chaired numerous trials and evidentiary hearings including second chairing a trial involving a dispute in excess of nine-figures. He also has experience in contract drafting and negotiation including in asset purchase agreements and stock agreements. Finally, Mr. McCall has experience in counseling business clients in interactions with government agencies. He understands that his job is to resolve disputes in a cost-efficient manner while still providing effective and ethical representation. Mr. McCall hopes to bring relief to clients by providing prompt responses and accurate risk assessments so as to not impede business decisions. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Furman University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Georgia School of Law.
