Speaker bio
Sherry Neal
is a partner at Corporation Immigration Partners. She is a seasoned immigration attorney who has dedicated the last two decades of her legal career exclusively to immigration law. Ms. Neal has a diverse background initially covering estate planning, probate, and domestic relations law, she now focuses on representing various entities, from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits and healthcare organizations. Ms. Neal offers expertise in employment immigration strategy, processing, and compliance, benefiting both organizations and their staff. As an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she has held leadership roles like chair of the Ohio Chapter and served on the Board of Governors and Healthcare Committee. Additionally, Ms. Neal's articles on immigration law have been published in local, national, and international books and magazines. A sought-after speaker, she frequently presents at conferences hosted by legal bar associations, trade organizations, and employment groups. Ms. Neal earned her B.A. degree from Cedarville University and her J.D. degree from the University of Dayton. She is admitted to practice in Ohio.

Eileen Scofield
has over 25 years of experience concentrating on immigration law and related legal matters for U.S. and foreign-based clients. She has successfully managed over 35 Department of Homeland Security (ICE) subpoenas, audits, and investigations on behalf of various clients. Ms. Scofield has also provided advice to clients on audit response, internal processing, follow-up, and conclusion. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers 2010 and 2012 and was named one of “Georgia’s Best Lawyers.” Ms. Scofield is a member of the National Verification & Documentation Liaison Committee and chairperson of E-Verify National Liaison Committee. She has been published in Employment Law360 and quoted in the U.S. News and World Report. Ms. Scofield has been invited to work with various DHS departments, such as ICE. She earned her J.D. degree in 1985 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a Hatton Lovejoy Scholarship recipient; and her B.A. degree in 1981 from the University of Hawaii. Ms. Scofield is admitted to practice in Georgia.

Hannah G. Harris
focuses her legal practice on employment-based immigration, offering strategic guidance to colleges, universities, IT companies, hospitals, and healthcare staffing firms. She counsels employers and their employees on a variety of nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-3, and TN visas. On the immigrant side, Ms. Harris regularly advises on the PERM labor certification process and prepares petitions under EB1, EB2, EB3, National Interest Waiver (NIW), and Schedule A Group I categories. She also assists clients with adjustment of status applications (Form I-485). In addition to her corporate immigration work, Ms. Harris finds great fulfillment in helping individuals with family-based petitions and naturalization applications. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves as the Pro Bono Liaison for the AILA Ohio Chapter. Ms. Harris earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2020 and her B.A. from the College of Charleston in 2014. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Her professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association.
