is a co-founder and managing partner of CZL P.C. where she leads legal services. Her focus is on providing transactional and commercial legal support for domestic and international clients. Ms. Nyambuya brings to her clients a deep understanding of complex legal instruments, strong negotiating skills, and extensive experience in international development and legal reform. She is a highly respected corporate council, legal consultant, and a leader in corporate social responsibility (CSR) development. Ms. Nyambuya brings 25 years of cross-sector experience as a lawyer and policy advisor for Fortune 500 corporations, social entrepreneurs/social enterprises, start-ups, international development agencies, and foreign governments. She is the principal of Virgil, LLC a corporate social responsibility advisory firm, and a certified mediator and FINRA arbitrator. As a partner in CMC Healthcare Consulting LLC., Ms. Nyambuya supports agency clients as they navigate the start-up and recurring regulatory audits necessary to own and operate successful patient-centered home healthcare and long-term care agencies. Prior to her work at CZL P.C., she was a managing partner at Ebony Law, and the Director of Experiential Learning and Professional Development at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Ms. Nyambuya has served as faculty at Northwestern University in international and area studies teaching CSR and International Development; and at Loyola University School of Law instructing Professional Identity Formation. She earned her J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and her A.B. degree with distinction, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 14 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
