Speaker bio
David C. Fisher
is a sole practitioner in the Tulsa area, where he practices in the areas of mediation, collaborative law, family law and estate planning. He is a leader and recognized authority in the area of dispute resolution, where he brings an extensive background of problem solving with more than 17 years of real life experience as an insurance adjuster, trainer, speaker and now lawyer. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section and Estate Planning Section; Tulsa County Bar Association Family Law Section; American Bar Association Family Law Section and Real Property Estate Planning Section; Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals; as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is also included on the Tulsa County District Courts list of mediators. Mr. Fisher earned his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Hon. Jeanette A. Irby
is a retired Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. She is currently managing director of Juridical Solutions PLC, where she mediates family law disputes which are most suited to alternative dispute resolution. Judge Irby is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, divorce (equitable distribution, spousal support and custody), and personal injury claims. Before going on the bench, she practiced law with her primary focus on domestic relations. Judge Irby earned her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Thomas W. Cooley Law School.

Stacey D. Mullins
is the deputy managing shareholder of GrayRobinson, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida. She is a collaboratively-trained attorney with extensive experience in the area of marital and family law. Ms. Mullins is certified for practice by the Florida Supreme Court, as well as a family law mediator. Her approach is to focus on resolution of disputes, and avoiding litigation and court time if possible. Extraordinary dedication, intense case preparation, outstanding courtroom performance, and admirable integrity distinguish Ms. Mullins' work as an attorney. She emphasizes a team approach within her practice and serves her client's needs 24/7. Ms. Mullins is a member of South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association and on the National Borad of Directors, Sharsheret (2023-Present). She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from University of Florida.

Amber James
is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C., where her main areas of practice are divorce, child custody, parental alienation, mediation, adoption, and surrogacy. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Domestic Relations Division as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph A. Ferguson, Jr., and in the firm of Shaw-Anderson, LLC. Ms. James earned her B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. James is also a board-certified family law trial advocate, having received her board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and the American, Morgan County and Huntsville-Madison County bar associations. Ms. James has previously been recognized as Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 by the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship in Huntsville, Alabama. Her firm was chosen as the Professional Services Business of the Year in 2020 by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Her firm is consistently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Huntsville, Alabama and recently received the designation of Best Place for Working Parents.

Amy Amundsen
of Amundsen Legal Consulting advises lawyers on case strategies and office management and provides alternative dispute resolution services as a trained Collaborative Family Lawyer, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) certified Family Law Arbitrator, and Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Family Law Mediator. Ms. Amundsen is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and the AAML and co-chair of the AAML Arbitration Committee. She serves on the executive committee of the Tennessee Bar Association's Family Law Section. She serves as the Secretary of the Memphis Collaborative Divorce Alliance and is a Member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Ms. Amundsen lectures on trending legal concepts for state and national organizations, publishes in peer-reviewed journals, and assists in teaching new techniques and skills to attorneys. Ms. Amundsen has received numerous awards, including the Lawyer's Lawyer Award from the Memphis Bar Association, the Justice Joseph Henry Award from the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Marion Griffin-Frances Loring Award from the Association of Women Attorneys.

Keith Grossman
is a collaborative attorney, a family and circuit civil mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Florida, an abitrator qualified by the Florida Supreme Court, and an educator-at-law. He basically considers himself a peacemaker helping families with new beginnings; with their new “happily ever after”. After handling hundreds of trials and mediations, Mr. Grossman combines his more than 30 years of litigation, mediation, and training experience to find ways to bring peace to his client’s life. Mr. Grossman promotes collaborative divorce and mediation because he knows these no-court options provide more honor and respect to the restructuring of a family. Mr. Grossman has earned the respect of the local judiciary, his clients, and the legal community because of his sensitive approach, creativity, and dedication to his clients. He was also an adjunct professor at Florida Gulf Coast University and Florida Southwestern State College, teaching Alternative Dispute Resolution, Elder Law, Law Office Management, Legal Research & Writing and Comparative Criminal Justice.
