is an associate professor of law at the Charleston School of Law. She teaches Contracts I and II, Sales, Business Associations, Drafting Preliminary Agreements, Litigating a Transaction and Practical International Business Transactions. Prior to joining Charleston School of Law, Prof. Steadman worked and lived in Italy for 20 years. She was of counsel at the Italian law firm C-Lex Studio Legale, specialized in cross-border commercial transactions. Prof. Steadman collaborated with many important Italian law firms, banks, energy, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies on all aspects of international commercial contracts throughout her career. She earned her J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law and her Bachelors of Science in political science and sociology from James Madison University. Prior to law school, Prof. Steadman worked as a social worker. She is the author of several books on contract drafting and comparative contract law.

is a seasoned business attorney and currently serves as managing partner at Outside Virtual Counsel, LLC. She focuses her practice on corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Bianchin has over two decades of high level experience practicing law. For the first decade of her career, she focused in complex commercial litigation at two large prominent law firms in Pittsburgh, and then spent ten years as in-house counsel for a diversified contract manufacturing company and for a dynamic start-up. In those first ten years of practice, Ms. Bianchin practiced complex commercial litigation at both K&L Gates (formerly Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP) and Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC. She then joined Penn United Technologies, Inc., and for ten years held the position of general counsel for the diversified, international precision tool and die manufacturing company based in Cabot, Pennsylvania. More recently, Ms. Bianchin has developed a boutique practice, focused on providing outside general counsel legal services to small and medium-sized businesses in western Pennsylvania and across the country. She earned her B.A. degree in English from Calvin College and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law; where she simultaneously served as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Commerce and research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Ms. Bianchin is actively involved in community affairs, serving on various organizational and non-profit charitable boards and as a volunteer. She is a member of the Butler County, Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations.

He has five years of state and local tax consulting experience in multi-state income, franchise, and gross receipts taxes, sales and use taxes, tax controversy, compliance and filing methodologies. Mr. McMonagle has significant experience performing multi-state mergers & acquisition tax due diligence projects on hundreds of private equity and strategic transactions to identify and assist with various state and local tax aspects that arise in such transactions. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, Philadelphia Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. McMonagle earned his B.A. degree from Temple University, his J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
