Kayla J. Bumpus
is an attorney in Atlanta, Georgia, with the Law Office of Kayla J. Bumpus, where she practices in the areas of personal injury and auto accidents. She began her career as a prosecutor for Fulton County, where she has always dedicated her career to the pursuit of justice. Ms. Bumpus earned her J.D. degree from John Marshall and her LL.M. - Master of Laws from Georgia State University College of Law. She is a member of Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys. Ms. Bumpus is admitted to practice in Georgia.

Tamra Katcher
is an attorney at Faugno Weis Katcher Duarte, LLC in Hackensack New Jersey. Her practice focuses on criminal defense litigation. Ms. Katcher personally handles DWIs, felony criminal matters, domestic violence/restraining order cases, expungements, and gun permitting and gun appeals. She earned her B.S. degree from Miami University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from New York Law School. Ms. Katcher is expected to earn her Masters in criminal justice in October 2025. Ms. Katcher is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Marissa Constant
is a solo practitioner based in Polk County, Florida. She specializes in real estate, contract law, consumer disputes, and criminal defense. With nearly a decade of experience, Ms. Constant has built a strong reputation for providing dedicated representation while prioritizing her clients' needs. Before starting her law firm during the pandemic, she served as a public defender for over four years. Ms. Constant earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is active in community initiatives; and is a member of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board), Wilson Inn of Court, Polk Association for Women Lawyers (PAWL), and Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers (CFAWL).

Courtney Fretwell
is the producer and host of Forensic Tales, a weekly true crime podcast. She earned her B.S. degree in criminal justice, with a minor in forensic science, and her M.S. degree in forensic psychology. Ms. Fretwell's experience includes working with blood spatter and fingerprints at the Northamptonshire Police Department's crime lab. She also worked in various positions at the Orange County Superior Court, including Collaborative Court, which is a specialized court that offers alternative sentences and treatment to offender's suffering from serious mental illness and drug/alcohol misuse. Ms. Fretwell has conducted extensive research on violent crimes, mass shooters and the death penalty. Her podcast Forensic Tales covers the forensic science and psychology behind true crime cases.

Robert B. Kuenzel
is the owner of the firm Kuenzel Law, PLLC in Chapmanville, West Virginia, where he represents clients in personal injury, wrongful death and mining accidents cases, as well as clients in various criminal matters in both state and federal courts. He is a member of The West Virginia State Bar; and is admitted to practice in West Virginia state courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kuenzel earned his B.S. degree in education from West Virginia University, his A.A.S. degree in police science and his M.S. degree in criminal justice from Marshall University, and his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, he was a West Virginia State Trooper for nearly ten years; serving as a uniformed officer for five years and a plain clothes investigator for five years. In these roles, Mr. Kuenzel investigated serious motor vehicle crashes, as well as various felony level crimes such as murder, robbery and property crimes.
