Eric D. Sanderson
is a seasoned legal and financial professional with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. He dedicates his experience to overseeing legal, tax, trust, and financial strategies tailored for high-net-worth families. Mr. Sanderson's multifaceted skill set encompasses a broad spectrum of complex legal and financial issues, making him a trusted advisor for his clients. With a robust background as an attorney since 1994, he has honed his craft in contract law, business transactions, estate and trust planning and administration, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, philanthropy, aviation, and corporate finance. Mr. Sanderson adeptly drafts contracts, leases, wills, trusts, and loan documents, and other agreements across diverse business sectors. He earned his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law and his LL.M degree at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Mr. Sanderson is admitted to practice in Colorado, Missouri and Texas.

Jared Olson
is in-house counsel with The Firm Advisors, LLC. He collaborates with brokers and other team members to facilitate closings and support the firm's operations. Mr. Olson also serves as a sounding board, consultant, and intermediary between the parties and their respective attorneys when negotiating and ironing out the details of the deal and bringing everyone to the table for closing. He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology and communication, and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Sharon L. Michaels
is the owner of her law firm located in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor Science in Journalism with honors. Going on to law school, she received her law degree from the University of Houston and graduated magna cum laude. The First Court of Appeals in Houston selected Ms. Michaels as a briefing attorney with attendance at the court's oral arguments for cases upon appeal and drafted proposed court opinions for Justice James Warren. After service with the Court, Ms. Michaels began her own taw firm. Her areas of emphasis are trusts, estate planning, probate, and business transactional work.

Evaleen M. Davis
is the principal of the Law Office of Evaleen M. Davis in Plano. She focuses in estate planning, probate and tax planning, including compliance for exempt organizations, as well as asset protection. Ms. Davis is board-certified in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has previously lectured on claims procedures in probate and is a frequent lecturer at the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System Pre-Retirement programs. Ms. Davis earned her B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her J.D. degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
