Casey S. Erick
is a shareholder with Cowles & Thompson, P.C. and focuses on commercial litigation and employment law. He has represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters that span across commercial law, labor and employment, real estate, consumer protection, and general litigation; including, but not limited to breach of contract, corporate trade secret theft, tortious interference, defamation, personal injury, fraud, and various other kinds of civil litigation. Mr. Erick is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association, and is board-certified in civil trial law. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. degree from Baylor School of Law.

Jay E. Heit
is a shareholder with Herrick & Hart, S.C. in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, car collisions, slip and fall, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, criminal defense, dog bites, and farm accidents. He has tried over 75 cases to verdict. Mr. Heit is a former federal law clerk who served for the Honorable John B. Jones of the District of South Dakota. He is a member of Eau Claire Bar Association (past president) and Wisconsin Association of Justice (Board of Directors). Mr. Heit earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas and his J.D. degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
