M. Scott Yeager

is the corporate attorney with Royal Cup, Inc. headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. He was the founding member and managing partner of The Yeager Law Firm, P.C. for the previous seven years. Mr. Yeager has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field both as a paralegal and attorney. He has more than eight years with in-house legal departments of large publicly traded corporations, and more than six years of government contracting experience with a major military defense contractor. Mr. Yeager has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing various complexities of contracts. His private practice included general legal services, estate planning, litigation, business consulting, and business formation. Mr. Yeager earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama, with a major in marketing, his Associate of Science degree in paralegal studies from Samford University and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Birmingham School of Law. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, American Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, and Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Yeager is a former president of The Fairhope Sunset Rotary, where he served on the Board of Directors for four years. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Fairhope Rotary Youth Club in Fairhope, Alabama.

How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 14 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
