Penelope Strong

has practiced criminal defense for more than 35 years in state and federal courts. She has litigated trial and appellate cases of constitutional significance. Litigation of cannabis cases is one major focus of Ms. Strong's current practice and overcoming the unfair laws and unjust traffic stops and arrests that lead to prosecution of various individuals. She is a former two term board member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of their Reentry Task Force and a member of National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. Ms. Strong earned her B.A. degree from Lawrence University and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
