Neal A. Jacobs
is the managing attorney and firm founder of the Jacobs Law Group PC. His practice is focused on complex corporate, business and litigation matters. Mr. Jacobs devotes particular attention to privately held companies and their shareholder and member relations. He focuses on complex corporate matters involving the interplay of the rights and obligations of management, and the various classes of equity holders and lenders and others. Mr. Jacobs is a member of the Philadelphia, New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.S. degree in economics from Cook College, Rutgers University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden.

Daniel S. Bernheim, III
is a shareholder with the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. He serves as the managing partner of the firm's Philadelphia office, where his practice is devoted to commercial litigation, with a concentration in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, lender liability and negotiable instruments. Mr. Bernheim has been trial counsel in a number of matters with published opinions concerning federal consumer protection laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Equal Credit Opportunity Act. He has also served as an expert witness on behalf of law firms accused of violating these acts. Mr. Bernheim is a member of the Philadelphia and American bar associations, Trial Lawyers Association of America, and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Villanova University. Mr. Bernheim was a member of the first LL.M. degree class in trial advocacy from Temple University.

Anne A. Gruner
is a senior associate with the Philadelphia office of Duane Morris LLP. She represents major medical device and pharmaceutical industry clients in complex products liability, class action and multidistrict litigation disputes. Ms. Gruner serves on national counsel teams representing global and Fortune 500 company clients in a variety of high-profile mass tort and regulatory matters. Her current work focuses on defense of medical device manufacturers in both single-plaintiff and coordinated settings, including on leadership counsel teams for multidistrict litigations. Ms. Gruner handles cases in all phases of litigation and has experience in federal and state court motion practice, managing and steering comprehensive discovery strategies in individual and coordinated state and federal court matters, handling numerous party, fact and expert witness depositions, and working with consultants and experts to rebut technical theories of scientific and medical causation. Ms. Gruner has worked on multiple high-stakes trials involving misuse of a pharmaceutical product and has prepared various scientific experts for testimony in a federal jury trial involving claims related to alleged damage sustained during Hurricane Katrina. Appellate experience includes briefing and arguing two civil appeals in New York's Second Department. Ms. Gruner publishes regularly on products liability issues including federal preemption and other novel defense strategies. She serves on the Board of Directors for Turning Points for Children, one of the largest social services providers for children in Philadelphia, and is a Programming Chair for Duane Morris' Women's Impact Network for Success. Admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania, Ms. Gruner is a 2009, cum laude, graduate of Boston College Law School and a, magna cum laude, graduate of Vanderbilt University.

Lawrence S. Rosenwald
has handled more than one thousand civil and criminal cases in a variety of legal areas over his 40 year career. He has extensive transactional experience including contract, construction, real estate, commercial, and estate and trust law. Mr. Rosenwald has litigation experience in areas as diverse as real estate, trusts and estates, eminent domain, construction, commercial, and civil rights. He has lectured in the areas of real estate law, credit and collection practice, eminent domain law, and trust and estate law to various professional groups. Mr. Rosenwald earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and Law School. He served as chairman of the Eminent Domain Committee and the Vendors and Purchases Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
