LeeAnn G. Syme
is an attorney with John W. Giltinan, Esq., P.C., and practices in the areas of elder law, estate and trust planning, special needs planning, and estate and trust administration. Ms. Syme earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University, where she was a member of the Duquesne Law Review.

Charles B. Hadad
is a partner in The Lynch Law Group, LLC. He is chair of the firm's estates and trusts practice group and a member of the firm's corporate and business succession group. Mr. Hadad concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate, trust administration, real estate transactions, and corporate and business planning. He advises clients in all facets of estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Hadad is an experienced litigator for Orphans' Court and has successfully represented fiduciaries in surcharge actions, defended will contests, and asserted claims on behalf of beneficiaries and other interested parties for breach of fiduciary duty in the course of estate and trust administration. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County (Probate & Trust Section Council) bar associations, and the Pittsburgh Estate Planning Council. Mr. Hadad earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Hon. Jarah L. Heeter
is an attorney at Heeter & Associates, P.C and was elected to serve as a Magisterial District Judge in 2019. She focuses her practice in real estate, estate planning, estate administration, planning for long term care, solar leases, and oil and gas. Judge Heeter earned her B.S. degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court.

Jennifer M. Breton
is a partner with Astor Weiss Kaplan & Mandel LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the area of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and taxation. She frequently teaches CLE programs for attorneys and offers programs for the public, on topics related to estate planning, estate administration, and tax. Ms. Breton also offers pro bono estate planning services to first responders through the Wills for Heroes program. She earned her B.A. degree in political science and a minor concentration in communications from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania. While at West Chester University, Ms. Breton was selected to serve as a student trustee for the University Council of Trustees. She earned her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, where she notably served as editor-in-chief of the Widener Law Symposium Journal. Ms. Breton also served as an academic support tutor, participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, and studied abroad in Geneva, Switzerland. While in Geneva, she interned with the Women's World Summit Foundation. Later, to enhance her practice, Ms. Breton earned her LL.M. degree in taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia (2020). While at Temple, she was awarded the Distinguished Class Participation distinction as well as the Faculty Award. Ms. Breton also competed in the American Bar Association Law Student Tax Challenge, and won first place. She is an active member of her community, where she was elected to the Caln Township Board of Commissioners (2016-2020) and served as vice president of the Board of Commissioners (2016-2017), and then as president of the Board of Commissioners for the remaining three years of her four year term. She also volunteered with the Fund for Women and Girls and the animal rescue organization Spay 'n Save. Ms. Breton was most recently appointed to serve as a trustee for the Downingtown Library Board of Trustees. She is a licensed member of the bar in Pennsylvania and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court.
