is a partner with the law firm of Gimbel Reilly Guerin & Brown LLP in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His practice is concentrated in white collar and criminal defense in federal and state courts, civil litigation, personal injury, licensing, employment, and constitutional rights. Mr. Dall'Osto frequently represents individuals, businesses and professionals, including attorneys, health care providers, public officials and employees, in dealing with government investigations and enforcement efforts, ethics issues, licensing and disciplinary matters. He earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School, and taught there as an adjunct professor from 1985 to 1990. Mr. Dall'Osto was Legal Director of the American Civil Liberties Union in Wisconsin for several years, and served as a felony attorney and later director of the State Public Defender office in Milwaukee. Mr. Dall'Osto served on the State Bar of Wisconsin's Board of Governors, as a board member, officer and chair of the Criminal Law and Individual Rights Sections, on the Professional Ethics Committee and as a fee arbitrator. He also served on the Wisconsin Legislature's Wrongful Conviction Task Force, helping draft interrogation and fair identification procedure reforms, which were enacted into law in 2005. Mr. Dall'Osto is active in criminal justice and sentencing reform efforts. He has taught at many continuing legal education programs over the years, and continues to teach and write extensively on legal ethics, criminal law, evidence and constitutional rights. Mr. Dall'Osto is recognized in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.

has been a partner in the Pewaukee, Wisconsin law firm of Blumenfield & Shereff, LLP for the past 20 years. His litigation practice has included assisting clients in personal injury, criminal defense, DUI, employment, professional discipline, intellectual property, and civil litigation matters. Mr. Blumenfield is now in the process of expanding his mediation and arbitration practice. He is licensed to practice in both Wisconsin and New York. Mr. Blumenfield is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. He is board-certified in civil trial law and civil practice advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Blumenfield served as a Milwaukee County Assistant D.A., as a special prosecutor, retained counsel for the Wisconsin Supreme Court Office of Lawyer Regulation, Bayside Municipal Judge, and is currently a supplemental court commissioner for Milwaukee County. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin; Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Waukesha County bar associations; Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ); Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (recipient of WACDL's Martin Hanson Advocate Prize for his successful defense in a 1st degree intentional homicide case); Fairchild Inn of Court, a lawyer mentoring organization; and serves as a coordinator of the annual Marquette/MBA "Recent Developments in the Criminal Law".

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
