Harvey Harris
is a sole practitioner in the Harris Law Firm. He practices in the areas of wills, estates, tax issues and civil litigation. Mr. Harris earned his B.A. degree from Centenary College and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a member of the Arkansas, American and Pulaski County bar associations, as well as the Central Arkansas Estate Council, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

is an attorney at her firm, Cericola Legal Solutions, where she helps individuals, businesses and entrepreneurs with their legal business needs. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs to start their businesses, providing sound legal advice to business partners. Quentin F. Smith
is a shareholder/director in the law firm of Stelzner, Winter, Warburton, Flores & Dawes, P.A., where he focuses his practice on employment and labor law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Smith has successfully defended employers against a wide variety of lawsuits, such as discrimination and sexual harassment claims, retaliatory discharge claims, breach-of-contract claims, and whistleblower claims. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, State Bar of Texas, Albuquerque and American bar associations, New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in New Mexico and Texas; and before the U.S. District Court District of New Mexico and U.S. Court of Appeals Tenth Circuit. Heather M. Fuller
is an attorney at Sandberg Phoenix and works in the business litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on creditor's rights, title resolution, mortgage servicing law, and real estate related matters. With over 20 years of foreclosure, eviction, and title insurance experience, Ms. Fuller is proficient in handling all aspects and phases of the default servicing process. She routinely represents lenders, investors, and servicers as they navigate state and federal compliance questions and resolve borrower disputes. Ms. Fuller has extensive experience resolving complex title issues including disputed easements, boundary lines, lien priority, clouds in the chain of title, and title insurance claim coverage matters. She has assisted clients with drafting both commercial and residential loan origination and loan modification documents. Ms. Fuller earned her B.A. degree from Eastern Illinois University and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University. She is licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas, and is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Ms. Fuller frequently speaks on topics relating to foreclosure, title defects and title insurance for mortgage servicing and attorney organizations.

William Kenneth C. Dippel
formed his own plaintiffs' firm in 1994, specializing in product liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability. From 1994 to present, the vast majority of his work has been representing families who have suffered catastrophic injuries, although the firm is occasionally called upon to represent select defendants in unique trial circumstances. Mr. Dippel's former employment experience includes work at the Dallas defense firm of Strasburger and Price from 1983 to 1994, where he progressed from associate to full equity partner. The focus of his work was as regional counsel in defending high stakes product liability litigation for automotive and other manufacturers. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Dippel began publishing his legal works while still in law school and has continued to the present. In 1996, he became board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law. Mr. Dippel also holds an "AV" rating in Martindale-Hubbell signifying "very high to preeminent legal ability," as well as the highest possible ranking for ethics. In 2004 and successive years, he was selected as one of the "Preeminent Lawyers" in the U.S. While his practice focuses in all counties of Texas, Mr. Dippel also has practiced in jurisdictions around the country, and has actively been involved in litigation in California, Washington State, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Tennessee and Florida. He has recently been admitted to the Third Circuit and Eleventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Mr. Dippel also negotiated one of the larger Texas premises liability settlements. His client has appeared on Good Morning America, NBC Dateline, and other national media programs, to educate sexual assault victims and encourage reporting of these crimes. He was also trial co-counsel in one of the first premature deployment airbag cases tried, a 23 million dollar verdict. Mr. Dippel is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the College of the State Bar of Texas. He has lectured at the Texas Trial Lawyers Association "Advanced Products Liability" course, the State Bar of Texas "Advanced Personal Injury" seminar, and the State Bar College Spring Training School.

Stephanie L. Jones
is the owner of Jones Family Law Group, LLC, a St. Louis-based law firm experienced in complex domestic relations cases. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a family law trial advocate. Ms. Jones is a contributing author to The Missouri Bar CLE deskbook for practitioners entitled Missouri Family Law, and co-authored the chapter entitled "Characterization and Division of Property in Divorce." She is a member of the The Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and Theodore McMillian American Inns of Courts. Ms. Jones earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Fontbonne University and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law.

Jim Chester
is a partner in the law firm of Klemchuk LLP, in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Chester is a technology and business attorney who solves legal challenges for innovation-based entrepreneurs and dynamic companies. His experience spans more than 20 years of business law (business formation, governance, business and technology transactions), intellectual property (IP) registration and enforcement, licensing agreements, ecommerce, international business transactions, import/export regulatory compliance, and trade agreements. Mr. Chester is also a recognized authority in assisting clients who are buying and selling technology businesses, global technology transactions, and providing strategic legal counsel for innovators and industry disruptors. Since 2001, he has served as an adjunct professor of law at Baylor Law School Law, the University of Dallas, and Texas A&M - Commerce. Starting in 2019, he began teaching entrepreneurial law at SMU's Cox School of Business. Mr. Chester has also published a legal textbook, Chester's Guide to International Business Law, and is author or co-author of numerous articles and chapters published in several industry books. He is the founder/chairman of the DFW-STCL Alumni Network (2008-present); former chair, International Committee, State Bar of Texas Intellectual Property Section (2013-2015); member of the State Bar of Texas; and a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation (2009 - present). Mr. Chester earned his B.S. degree from Texas A&M University - Commerce, his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law and his LL.M. degree in international economic law from the University of Houston School of Law.

J. Bryan Moseley
is a partner in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee law firm of Moseley & Moseley, Attorneys at Law, where his main areas of practice are premises liability and civil rights litigation. He also handles general personal injury cases and some other civil litigation. Mr. Moseley is a frequent speaker on personal injury and subrogation topics for National Business Institute. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) where he has served as the president of the Tennessee Chapter. He is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Moseley is a member of the ICC (International Code Council) and ASTM International (American Society for Testing and Materials). He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University; and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
