is a partner with Trombly & Singer, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of premises liability, car and truck wreck cases, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. An active member of the Washington, D.C. legal community, Mr. Singer served as president of the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association in 2022-23, and he previously served on the D.C. Bar's Tort Law Section Steering Committee. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Leaders Forum, as well as the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ). He is admitted to practice in District of Columbia, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Maryland and U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
