is a partner at Leggett, Simon, Freemyers & Lyon PLC, and manages the EKKO Title One Loudoun/Ashburn & Middleburg offices. She has extensive experience in real estate law with emphasis in residential and commercial real estate, foreclosure, title resolution, boundary and easement disputes, commercial litigation, contract drafting, and contract negotiation. Ms. Daily has assisted Realtors® and their clients during the purchase and sale of residential and commercial transactions. She works with sellers and buyers in resolving title issues, such as unreleased Deeds of Trust, unreleased judgment liens, missing interest, and works with property owners to stop foreclosure sales and allow homeowners sell their property. Ms. Daily has taught continuing education courses to Realtors® on topics including but not limited to: drafting of real estate contracts, navigating Fair Housing law, analyzing the Home Inspection contingency and issues arising from home inspections, resolving issues on financing, selling Distressed Properties, and issues raising from Pre & Post Settlement Occupancy agreements. Her extensive courtroom experience extends to all trial courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as the Eastern and Western District Courts of Virginia. Ms. Daily received her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from James Madison University and her J.D. degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 7 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
