Speaker bio
Raychel A. Camilleri
is an attorney with Rosenberg & Estic, P.C. She is an accomplished trial lawyer sought for her experience and success in defending complex, high-exposure litigation. Ms. Camilleri manages client exposure and contains costs either by alternative dispute resolution or trial by jury when necessary. She focuses her practice on construction defect litigation, products liability, labor law, and commercial matters. Ms. Camilleri also represents clients in appellate proceedings before the New York State Appellate Division, First and Second departments. She regularly advises clients pre-litigation through accident reconstructions and investigations. Ms. Camilleri earned her B.A .degree from Bucknell University and her J.D. degree from Western New England University School of Law.

Robert T. Lyles, Jr.
is a shareholder with the firm of Lyles & Associates, LLC, which has offices in Asheville and Beaufort, South Carolina. He is a trial lawyer whose practice is devoted principally to handling construction and insurance coverage and bad faith claims. Mr. Lyles regularly lectures before various industry groups and has conducted seminars on numerous topics, including construction law and insurance bad faith. He earned his B.A. degree from the College of Charleston and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Lyles is admitted to practice in South Carolina, and before the United States Supreme Court, Fourth and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar.

Mark B. Hazelbaker
is an attorney with Weld Riley, S.C. He continues to emphasize representation of local governments, small businesses, and litigation. Mr. Hazelbaker began his career as legal counsel of the Wisconsin Counties Association. He served as personnel director/corporation counsel, and later as administrative coordinator for Manitowoc County. Mr. Hazelbaker has been in private practice since 1992, first with downtown Madison law firms, and then in his own firm since 1999. He has lectured many times on labor and employment law, land use law, and municipal law for various business and professional groups. Mr. Hazelbaker has also published law reviews and other articles. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin (Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Government Lawyers Division sections). Mr. Hazelbaker earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Susan N. Eccles
serves as the Baton Rouge office partner in charge at Adams and Reese LLP, while maintaining a diverse legal practice centered on construction, state and federal procurement/government contracts, commercial litigation, and professional liability. Since assuming her leadership role in 2022, Ms. Eccles has helped double the size of the national law firm's Baton Rouge office, developing incoming talent, mentoring younger attorneys, and instilling a commitment to the community. Within her legal practice, she is a leading member of the Adams and Reese construction team. Ms. Eccles stays abreast of the latest trends in the construction industry, including Louisiana code changes, proactive tips to prevent construction defects, latest requirements on OSHA workplace inspections, and risk allocation strategies for design professionals, among other pressing topics. She is a published author and guest speaker on construction law. Ms. Eccles has a post-baccalaureate degree in construction management from LSU. She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from Loyola University New Orleans.
