Lindsay Andreuzzi
has an extensive background in insurance coverage and bad faith law, and focuses her litigation practice on advising and defending personal, commercial and surplus line insurers in complex insurance coverage matters and allegations of bad faith claims handling. Ms. Andreuzzi has tried and arbitrated numerous coverage and extra-contractual cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She earned her A.B. degree from Princeton University and her J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law, with distinction. Ms. Andreuzzi is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and New Jersey.

Raymond R. Grasing
is an attorney with The Law Firm of Grasing & Associates. He has more than 25 years of trial experience in New York. Mr. Grasing knows how to try a case in a straight forward convincing manner, and how to pare down the facts and issues to their essential parts to help a jury reach the correct decision. His understanding of the law, gained through his trial experience, provides his clients with a distinct competitive advantage, whether or not their case gets to trial. Mr. Grasing practices in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, insurance coverage, collections, subrogation, arson, and fraud cases. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.

David A. Lowe
is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC, where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, insurance bad faith, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. He has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court. Mr. Lowe is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. He has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Cohan has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a Verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. He has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Cohan's practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. Mr. Cohan has served as chair of the Litigation Section, the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has also chaired the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association; and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.

Steven J. McMahon
is a Partner at Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, L.L.C. His Juris Doctor Degree was awarded from Southern Illinois University School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. McMahon obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Platteville, where he studied as a National Merit Scholarship Award Winner. He has concentrated his practice in insurance defense in the areas of personal injury and medical/dental malpractice. Mr. McMahon has significant experience in workers' compensation defense representing employers, insurers and third-party administrators before the Division of Workers' Compensation, the Illinois Industrial Commission, the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and the Courts of Appeals for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois.
