Megan Knowlton Balne
is a partner with Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of employment, counseling and commercial litigation. She serves as a trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association and is founding member of the New Jersey Law Journal's Young Lawyers Advisory Board. Ms. Balne was selected for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Professional Achievement Award. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Ramapo College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.

is the owner of Mark R. Waterfill Attorney at Law, P.C. and practices in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. He is widely recognized in the field of employment law and has tried numerous commercial disputes in state and federal court. Mr. Waterfill has lectured and written extensively on a variety of employment law topics. He has been listed in Indiana Super Lawyers, and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Board of Managers; distinguished fellow), Indianapolis Bar Foundation (board president), Indiana State Bar Association (chair, Labor and Employment Council) and the American Bar Association. is a senior attorney at Scott Law Team, where she represents employees in many types of labor and employment matters under federal, state, and local laws; including, but not limited to noncompete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and other employment contracts; independent contractor agreements; severance agreements; discrimination and harassment claims; and family and medical leaves of absence. Ms. Tomasello earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida and her J.D. degree from Mercer University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern districts of Florida.

is a shareholder with Cowles & Thompson, P.C. and focuses on commercial litigation and employment law. He has represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters that span across commercial law, labor and employment, real estate, consumer protection, and general litigation; including, but not limited to breach of contract, corporate trade secret theft, tortious interference, defamation, personal injury, fraud, and various other kinds of civil litigation. Mr. Erick is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association, and is board-certified in civil trial law. Jeremy M. Brenner
is a partner with Spencer Fane, LLP in the firm's St. Louis office. He is an experienced employment attorney and has served as a strategic business partner to employers for over sixteen years, both as an HR consultant and as an employment attorney. A portion of his practice is devoted to wage and hour law. Mr. Brenner has successfully handled many Department of Labor investigations around the country and litigated numerous misclassification, overtime, and minimum wage collective and class actions under the FLSA and other similar state laws. He has defended wage cases in state and federal courts across the country. Mr. Brenner also represents employers and managers in administrative charge processes and federal and state court litigation throughout the country involving, for example, state and federal claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations. He has been recognized as among the Best Lawyers in America, Employment Law - Management, since 2023, and was included on the POWER List for Employment Law by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2024. is a shareholder and chair of the Employment Law practice group of Rees Broome, PC. She has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Ms. Salen represents clients in corporate and employment related disputes in the Virginia state courts of Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County and the city of Alexandria, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division; and before federal and state agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and Local Employment and Wage and Hour commissions. She also represents clients in the state and federal courts of the District of Columbia and Maryland. In her corporate practice, Ms. Salen advises clients with respect to business formation issues, buy-sell agreements, and sales and purchase acquisition.
