Amber James
is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C., where her main areas of practice are divorce, child custody, parental alienation, mediation, adoption, and surrogacy. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Domestic Relations Division as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph A. Ferguson, Jr., and in the firm of Shaw-Anderson, LLC. Ms. James earned her B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. James is also a board-certified family law trial advocate, having received her board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and the American, Morgan County and Huntsville-Madison County bar associations. Ms. James has previously been recognized as Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 by the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship in Huntsville, Alabama. Her firm was chosen as the Professional Services Business of the Year in 2020 by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Her firm is consistently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Huntsville, Alabama and recently received the designation of Best Place for Working Parents.

Nathan Hacker
is a registered domestic relations mediator, trained family law arbitrator and certified divorce financial analyst(tm), practicing in Indianapolis with Torchlight Resolutions. He practices law through the Law Office of Nathan Hacker. Formerly a family law trial attorney with Eskew Law, Mr. Hacker has devoted his career to helping families recognize the use of assets to resolve difficult financial divisions. His client's have included medical professionals, retired professional athletes, entrepreneurs, CEOs, small family business owners, attorneys and the spouses of these individuals. Mr. Hacker has also presented on various financial topics, including pension valuations, high asset child support, use of tax rates to affect division of assets, real estate sales during divorce, brokerage accounts, SECURE 2.0, and a myriad of related topics. He earned his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis and his undergraduate degree from Purdue University - West Lafayette Campus.

is a partner in the law firm of Rallo | London, PC in Santa Ana, California. She focuses her litigation practice on family law issues; including but not limited to dissolution of marriage, child custody disputes, spousal support, child support, move-away request, restraining orders, paternity matters and property division. Ms. London earned her B.A. degree from UC Irvine and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

Keith Grossman
is a collaborative attorney, a family and circuit civil mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Florida, an arbitrator qualified by the Florida Supreme Court, and an educator-at-law. He basically considers himself a peacemaker helping families with new beginnings; with their new "happily ever after". After handling hundreds of trials and mediations, Mr. Grossman combines his more than 30 years of litigation, mediation, and training experience to find ways to bring peace to his client's life. Mr. Grossman promotes collaborative divorce and mediation because he knows these no-court options provide more honor and respect to the restructuring of a family. Mr. Grossman has earned the respect of the local judiciary, his clients, and the legal community because of his sensitive approach, creativity, and dedication to his clients. He was also an adjunct professor at Florida Gulf Coast University and Florida Southwestern State College, teaching Alternative Dispute Resolution, Elder Law, Law Office Management, Legal Research & Writing and Comparative Criminal Justice.
