Lindsay M. Harris

Whether it is creating wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, special needs trusts, or advanced business plans such as family limited partnerships, limited liability companies or corporations, her passion is to ensure that every family and business is protected when life changing events occur. Ms. Harris maintains over 61 hours of continued legal education in the areas of estate and business planning each year. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in political science and Spanish from the University of South Dakota; and earned her J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of South Dakota School of Law. Ms. Harris is admitted in South Dakota.

Zachary C. Ashby
is a partner at Pacific Northwest Family Law where he focuses his practice on family law. He received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a doctorate in Iberian and Latin American Cultures from Stanford University. Mr. Ashby then received his J.D. from J. Reuben Clerk Law School at Brigham Young University. He is admitted to practice law in Washington.
