Hon. Vince M. Rozier, Jr.
is a Resident Superior Court Judge in Judicial District 10 in Wake County.

Kristopher L. Caudle
is a visiting assistant professor of law at Elon University School of Law. Previously, he was a private practice law attorney in North Carolina, where he advised school boards in the areas of special education, employment law, and appellate litigation. Mr. Caudle is admitted to practice in the Western District of North Carolina's U.S. District Court and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also previously served as an adjunct professor in conflict resolution and mediation at UNC-Charlotte and guest lecturer in education law for Western Carolina University's Graduate Educational Leadership program. Mr. Caudle is the past chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Education Section. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Chazle’ N. Woodley
is a commercial litigation attorney with Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP (GRSM) in the firm's Raleigh office and practices in business litigation, business transactions, environmental, mass torts, and land use, general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, professional liability, and products liability matters. Ms. Woodley earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from North Carolina Central University. While there, she led the Dean's Student Advisory Board and served as a civil procedure tutor, Student Bar Association president, and managing editor for the Environmental Law Review. Ms. Woodley also earned her Master of Business Administration from National Louis University and her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the DRI: Litigation Skills Steering Committee, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys: board member, Nominating and Public Service Award Committee chair, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Young Lawyers Division, Tenth Judicial District Bar and the Wake County Bar Association. Ms. Woodley is admitted to practice in North Carolina, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, and U.S. District Court for the Middle and Western districts of North Carolina.

Anastasia Tramontozzi
is a criminal defense lawyer with the Winston-Salem office of Dummit Fradin, Attorneys at Law. She graduated with high honors and earned a double degree in philosophy and political science from The College of The Holy Cross in Massachusetts. Ms. Tramontozzi studied international relations and philosophy at St. Andrews University in Scotland throughout her junior year. Before attending Elon Law School in Greensboro, North Carolina, she worked as a paralegal for a real estate law firm in Massachusetts. Additionally, Ms. Tramontozzi spent a number of years as a legal research assistant for a personal injury firm in Melrose, Massachusetts. She is dually licensed in North Carolina and Massachusetts

Hon. Susan M. Dotson-Smith
presides in the Designated Family Court for Buncombe County, North Carolina. She has served as a District Court Judge since 2012. As a Family Court Judge, Judge Dodson-Smith presides over equitable distribution, custody, child support, alimony, marital contracts and cases where third party businesses have been brought in through marital action. In addition, she hears cases involving child welfare, termination of parental rights, involuntary commitments, juvenile delinquency, and adult truancy. Prior to being a judge, she practiced law for approximately twenty years in Asheville, North Carolina with a focus on bankruptcy, guardianship, mediation and estates. Judge Dotson-Smith has been a certified superior court mediator and a mediator in matters before the clerk. She earned her A.B. degree from Duke University and her J.D. degree from Wake Forest School of Law. A Winston-Salem native, Judge Dotson-Smith moved to the mountains with her husband in 1991, and they have been happy Buncombe County residents ever since.

is the managing partner with The Mack Law Firm, PLLC in Raleigh, North Carolina. Practice areas include employment law, personal injury, workers' compensation and Social Security disability. With over a decade of experience, Ms. Mack is committed to fighting for justice and providing compassionate, strategic legal support. She is a member of North Carolina Bar Association; Wake County Bar Association; and Eastern, Middle and Western districts of North Carolina. Ms. Mack is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

is with Revolution Law Group and represents all types of healthcare providers in business transactions and in their dealings with governmental agencies. Ms. McKeithen Schaede concentrates her healthcare practice on corporate compliance programs, HIPAA issues, and training. She is uniquely qualified to provide guidance needed by employers to successfully navigate the world of human resources. Ms. McKeithen Schaede represents business clients with respect to business formations, mergers and acquisitions, financing and financial restructuring, employment relations, real estate planning, and ongoing advice with respect to day-to-day business operations. She earned her B.S. degree in nursing from the University of Florida, and worked more than 10 years as a registered nurse in critical care, home health, and hospice before earning her J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law.
