With a focus on Medicaid planning and nursing home care, Ms. Lyons adds her expertise involving wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, guardianships, special needs planning, and disability planning. She earned her B.S. degree from Pace University and her J.D. degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Ms. Lyons' commitment to supporting her community includes being an active member of the New York State Bar Association (Elder Law and Special Needs Section) and Westchester County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in New York.

How do I access my courses?

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
