Speaker bio
Eric Lanter
is counsel with Offit Kurman, Attorneys At Law in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. As a zealous attorney dedicated to his clients, he frequently represents clients in civil litigation involving claims of breach of contract, negligence, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and tortious interference. Mr. Lanter earned his B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association, Commercial Law and Uniform State Laws Committee. Mr. Lanter is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
