Marquetta J. Bryan
is a partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment law counseling and litigation, commercial litigation, investigations, and education law. Ms. Bryan has represented clients before the district courts of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state courts of Georgia and other administrative hearing bodies, including the State Board of Education. She monitors legal trends that may impact clients' businesses, and assists them in implementing proactive measures in anticipation of those trends. Ms. Bryan earned her B.A. degree in sociology and religion from Emory University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Georgia, Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Molly B. O'Casey
is a trade attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on a broad range of transactional, litigation and regulatory compliance matters in the areas of U.S. customs laws, export controls, economic sanctions and embargoes, national security reviews and maritime. Ms. O'Casey advises clients on a wide variety of import matters before the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including seizures, classification, valuation and country of origin, as well as preferential duty treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and free trade agreements (FTAs). She also counsels clients on U.S. export controls laws, such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), especially in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Ms. O'Casey has extensive experience with U.S. trade embargoes and economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the U.S. Department of State. In addition, she is experienced in maritime litigation in matters before the Federal Maritime Commission, as well as in federal district and appellate courts, involving federal maritime law and U.S. Shipping Act matters. Ms. O'Casey is actively involved in Holland & Knight's pro bono activities, through which she provides counseling to individuals on immigration matters. Prior to Holland & Knight, she clerked at the U.S. Court of International Trade. Ms. O'Casey's previous experience also includes work at a boutique law firm and an international consulting firm, with an emphasis on customs issues and trade remedies. While earning her LL.M. degree, she was an associate editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. Ms. O'Casey is a member of the Washington Foreign Law Society's Board of Governors and was recently included in Trade Finance Global's 100 Women in Trade.

Frank X. Wukovits
practices with the firm's tech, privacy and data innovations group, and corporate & securities group. He dedicates his practice to working with entities at the intersection of law, business, and emerging technologies, ranging from startups, emerging growth companies, private companies and Fortune 500 companies to private equity funds, venture capital funds, corporate VCs, family offices, and angel investors that invest in those companies. Mr. Wukovits works with entities across the entire corporate life cycle, including strategic planning and decision making prior to formation, governance, corporate counseling, venture capital, debt and equity financings, series funding, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and integration. He regularly advises on, negotiates, and drafts a myriad of agreements involving application development, end user licenses, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Payments-as-a-Service (PaaS), secure cloud computing, mobile computing, information technology, data licensing, e-commerce, AdTech, marketing tech, and healthcare with service providers, vendors, partners, developers, business associates, manufacturers, suppliers, customers and other entities. Mr. Wukovits also dedicates his practice to the ever-evolving arena of privacy and security, advising clients on complex matters involving corporate compliance, cybersecurity, data privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and forensics. This includes identifying and mitigating risks to an organization's core business functions; leading vulnerability and risk assessments; investigating and responding to data breaches; protecting organizational assets and systems; and implementing effective security protocols, policies, and procedures. His speaking engagements include presentations for board members, executives, in-house counsel, managers, industry experts, attorneys, and law students in the realm of data security and privacy, risk management, current and trending issues, threat analysis, cost benefit analysis, and compliance. Prior to joining CSG Law, Mr. Wukovits litigated complex disputes in federal, state, appellate, and arbitration proceedings ranging from contract disputes to class actions and federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in data privacy & security. Mr. Wukovits also earned his Masters of Engineering from The George Washington University - School of Engineering and Applied Science, with a concentration in cybersecurity policy and compliance. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Colgate University.

Alexandria V. Hill
is a partner with Driver, McAfee, Hawthorne & Diebenow in Jacksonville, Florida. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and franchising. In addition, Alex regularly consults with private companies in all areas of corporate law and in all phases of the business cycle including formation, growth and exit strategies, succession planning, general contract and operational matters, and corporate governance and serves as outside general counsel for several high-growth companies. Prior to joining DMHD, Ms. Hill served as the general counsel and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Maple Street Biscuit Company. During her time with Maple Street Biscuit Company, Ms. Hill led the company's rapid expansion efforts and oversaw the sale of the company to Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, Inc. After the sale, Ms. Hill stayed with Maple Street Biscuit Company as the company's COO and was responsible for the company's operations and integration with Cracker Barrel. She earned her J.D. at University of Florida's Levin College of Law and her Corporate Governance Certificate at Cornell University.

Gregory Strong
is a partner with Cahill Gordon & Reindel in Wilmington, Delaware. Greg provides strategic regulatory advice to clients engaging with blockchain and crypto assets with a focus on securities, commodities, and consumer protection laws and regulations. He has successfully represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, state securities regulators and various other regulators. Greg has significant experience successfully engaging with regulators on behalf of clients in the blockchain space with novel legal issues. He was a key member of the team that obtained one of the few no-action letters issued by the SEC with respect to the non-security status of a crypto asset. Greg was also a key member of the team that represented the first successful applicant for a Special Purpose Depository Institution charter before the Wyoming Division of Banking. In addition, he has worked on cutting-edge litigation and transactional matters involving crypto assets. Prior to entering private practice, Greg served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice from 2003 to early 2018. He was appointed as the Director of the Investor Protection Unit 2015-2018 and was responsible for administering and enforcing the Delaware Securities Act. Greg was also an active member of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), serving on the five-member Enforcement Section Committee from 2015 to 2018. Prior to his appointment as Director of the Investor Protection Unit in July 2015, Greg was the Director of the Consumer Protection Unit for three years. He successfully represented the State of Delaware in many complex civil matters, alleging violations of Delaware investor and consumer protection statutes, with a particular focus on financial services matters in the wake of the financial crisis. Greg earned his J.D. and M.B.A. at Temple University. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania (inactive).
