David B. Avakian
is a partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, where he focuses his practice in the area of general liability, product defect, transportation, hospitality and commercial litigation. Mr. Avakian has experience handling complex insurance, commercial and product litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Avakian is a member of the State Bar of Nevada. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University and J.D. degree, cum laude, from William S. Boyd School of Law. Mr. Avakian has been a Mountain States Super Lawyer since 2015.
