Todd Condron
is a partner at Leggett, Simon, Freemyers & Lyon, PLC, and the manager of Ekko Title. His practice focuses on all matters related to residential real estate transactions. Mr. Condron is a member of the Virginia State Bar and serves on the Ethics Committee to the Real Estate Section. He earned his B.A. degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law.

William A. Lascara
is an attorney at Pender & Coward, P.C. He is a firm shareholder focusing his practice on public procurement and government contract law, construction law, litigation, real estate, and corporate and transactional law. For more than 30 years, Mr. Lascara has represented small and large businesses as well as individuals providing his experience and knowledge in corporate transactions, public procurement and government contracts, business, real estate, labor, construction, creditors collection actions, insurance and administrative law issues, including general trial litigation and appellate practice. For 13 years, he served as Pender & Coward's CFO and was in-house general counsel for a ship repair, electronics, construction and computer graphics industry company and its subsidiaries for all their legal requirements in these same areas of the law for over ten years. Mr. Lascara is a frequent speaker at conferences, continuing legal education seminars and bar association conferences. He earned his B.A. degree from University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from William and Mary Law School.

Jennifer O. Schiffer
is a shareholder of Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C., where she represents various businesses and their owners in matters relating to business counseling and entity formation, purchase and sale of company stock or assets, business contracts, shareholder or membership agreements, disclosure agreements, commercial real estate, commercial property, and leasing transactions. Ms. Schiffer is also well-versed in business succession planning, estate planning, and estate administration. Her clients range from individuals to a wide array of business entities, including restaurants, medical practices, retailers, builders, limited liability companies, and professional service providers, such as accountants and financial planners. Ms. Schiffer earned her bachelor's degree in economics, as well as her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Ashwell is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the The Virginia State Bar Association and Fauquier Bar Association, and serves on the Virginia State Bar Seventh District Disciplinary Committee. Mr. Ashwell earned his B.A. degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Anders Sleight
is of principal at Offit Kurman, Attorneys At Law. He is an experienced trial attorney and litigator with more than thirteen years' experience and a knack for helping clients reach efficient resolutions. An experienced commercial litigator, Mr. Sleight focuses his practice on advising and representing small businesses, banks, credit unions, servicers, property owners, agencies and individuals in litigation matters throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia. As a new associate, she has developed a significant understanding of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Ms. Rose has cultivated her knowledge by working on numerous FOIA requests to different local governments. She earned her law degree from Washington & Lee University in 2020. While in law school, Ms. Rose served as president of the Federalist Society and vice president of the Washington & Lee Veterans' Advocates.
