Adriana Collado
is a highly regarded criminal defense attorney with 20 years of experience. She is known for her reliable counsel, effective strategies, and assertive defense for clients facing federal investigations or prosecutions. Based in Denver, Colorado, Ms. Collado has successfully represented clients in federal courts across the U.S., including the District of Colorado, Southern District of New York, and Southern District of Florida. Through her meticulous approach and big-picture perspective, she consistently achieves positive outcomes such as non-filing/dismissal of charges; pretrial release; favorable plea agreements; below-guideline sentences; and acquittals at trial. A compelling speaker and presenter, Ms. Collado has been featured as a legal commentator and contributor in media outlets including ABC’s 20/20, NBC 6 (Miami-Dade, FL), Telemundo, and Univision. She has also appeared as a panelist/lecturer on webcasts and seminars such as The Knowledge Group and National Business Institute. Mark Vespole
is a partner at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP. He is a trial lawyer who also counsels and represents financial institutions, insurers and corporations and their employees in high-profile cases. Mr. Vespole draws on Wilson Elser's deep resources and national footprint to handle large, multijurisdictional and complex cases expeditiously and cost effectively. He combines sophisticated legal strategies with the firm's professional support to handle large-scale document processing and its technology resources to streamline communications and facilitate case management. Mr. Vespole is frequently invited to author books, articles and expert commentaries; and give presentations on issues relating to securities, insurance coverage and defense, professional liability, trial practice and significant cases pending in courts around the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Vespole has authored or co-authored the Lexis-Nexis Practice Guides on New Jersey Civil Discovery (2007-2025 editions), New Jersey Pretrial Practice (2007-2025 editions), New Jersey Insurance Litigation (2008-2025 editions), New Jersey Trial, Post-Trial and Appellate Proceedings (2007-2025 editions, Chapter on Expert Witnesses), and the Lexis-Nexis Practice Guide on New Jersey Construction Litigation (2015-2025 editions).Mr. Vespole also has authored numerous expert commentaries on a wide variety of products liability, insurance and trial practice issues and decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court and state and federal courts around the country. He has handled and tried cases involving corporate raiding, insurance coverage and defense matters arising out of a variety of exclusions, policy language and exposures relating to CGL, EPLI, professional liability, first-party property, personal lines and D&O insurance policies. Mr. Vespole's coverage experience ranges from rescission and reformation to exclusions, conditions and other policy language found in various kinds of standard and surplus lines CGL, D&O and professional liability insurance agreements. His defense practice has included representing financial institutions, insurers, lawyers, accountants, registered representatives, architects, engineers, insurance brokers, miscellaneous professionals, product manufacturers, contractors, commercial property owners and homeowners. Mr. Vespole earned his B.S. degree from University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Lawrence S. Rosenwald
has handled more than one thousand civil and criminal cases in a variety of legal areas over his 40 year career. He has extensive transactional experience including contract, construction, real estate, commercial, and estate and trust law. Mr. Rosenwald has litigation experience in areas as diverse as real estate, trusts and estates, eminent domain, construction, commercial, and civil rights. He has lectured in the areas of real estate law, credit and collection practice, eminent domain law, and trust and estate law to various professional groups. Mr. Rosenwald earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and Law School. He served as chairman of the Eminent Domain Committee and the Vendors and Purchases Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.

is a partner with Hughes Tenney Postlewait Coale, LLC, where he focuses his practice on the defense of medical malpractice actions and all aspects of medical care. In addition, he represents clients in commercial litigation and general litigation matters. Mr. Coale earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. He is a former president and member of the Decatur Bar Association. Mr. Coale is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.

is the owner of Law Office of Bryce Denny, L.L.C., where he primarily practices labor and employment law. He is admitted to practice in both Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Denny was re-appointed in 2017 to a three-year term on the Louisiana State Bar Labor Law Advisory Commission. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Denny earned his B.A. degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and his J.D. degree from Baylor University.
