Martin A. Shelton
is a partner in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. He has more than 24 years of experience in environmental and land use law, including environmental issues in real estate transactions, site remediation, regulatory compliance, and environmental litigation. Mr. Shelton earned his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. He is admitted to the trial and appellate courts in Georgia, Washington and the District of Columbia, U.S. Supreme Court, District of Columbia, Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and federal trial courts in Georgia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Shelton is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, District of Columbia Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association.

Nathan G. Osborn
is an equity shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran, PC in Greenwood Village, Colorado. His practice is focused on real estate litigation, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation. Mr. Osborn also helps numerous real estate and medical businesses by acting as their full-service corporate attorney. In addition to his work for clients, he can be hired as an expert witness in cases involving real estate issues. Mr. Osborn is licensed to practice in Colorado and Nebraska.

Michael E. Buckley
is a director at Fennemore in Las Vegas; where his practice involves commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on lending (lenders and borrowers), acquisitions and dispositions and master-planned communities. Mr. Buckley chairs the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Nevada, and is an author and lead editor of the Nevada Real Property Practice and Procedure Manual published in 2021 by the State Bar of Nevada. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. Mr. Buckley is admitted to practice in California and Nevada.

Michael J. Lewinski
is a partner with Lewis Wagner, LLP, where his practice includes alternative dispute resolution, business services and real estate. A substantial portion of his is focused on real estate litigation, including landlord/tenant issues, foreclosure issues, eminent domain and real estate title issues. Mr. Lewinski earned his A.B. degree, summa cum laude, from Wabash College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law - Bloomington. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Mr. Lewinski is admitted to practice in Indiana, and before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern districts of Indiana; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. He is also a lecturer at Butler University's Lacy School of business where he teaches two sections of business ethics and two sections of legal environment. Mr. Lewinski serves as pre law advisor for the University.

David P. Horton
is a principal in the Kitsap County firm of Kitsap Law Group. His practice focuses on civil litigation and real estate. Mr. Horton represents property owners, municipalities, businesses and individuals in real estate, construction, land use and other civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Washington courts, Federal Court for the Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Horton has successfully tried and argued cases at all levels of Washington's courts, from municipal court to the Washington Supreme Court. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. After college,Mr. Horton served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He then left active duty and earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law.

Eduardo V. Martinez
is in self-practice with a primary focus in mediation, as well as contractual and business law, which he also teaches. He retired as a Captain from the U.S. Navy after 30 years and still consults on matters of national security. Dr. Martinez is currently on staff at Angelo State University, where he teaches intelligence and security studies. He is also on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Homeland and National Security Perspectives. Dr. Martinez has written articles involving transportation security and maritime cyberterrorism. He is a former special assistant attorney general for the state of Mississippi, and admitted to all Mississippi state and federal courts, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Martinez earned his B.A. degree in government from the University of Texas, his M.A. degree in legal studies from Antioch University, his M.S.S. degree from the U.S. Army War College and his J.D. degree from the Mississippi College School of Law.
