Sonia J. Buck
is an attorney at the firm of Pierce Atwood LLP. Her practice areas include foreclosures, loan restructuring, creditors' rights, collection and bankruptcy. Ms. Buck is a trained mediator and has mediated for Maine's Foreclosure Diversion program. She has written several articles for American Bar Association publications and has also published a book, Movie Therapy for Law Students. Ms. Buck has been adjunct faculty at Kaplan University, where she has taught paralegal and business classes. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law.

Adam B. Hall
is the director of bankruptcy practice group with MDK, whose career is seamlessly woven together by a combination of leadership, legal expertise, and an unwavering commitment to clients. His core specialty lies in bankruptcy law, forming the cornerstone of his professional work. As a practice group director at MDK, Mr. Hall's role encompasses leadership, strategic direction, and overseeing the team's efforts to ensure success. His day-to-day activities involve meetings with team members, communication with clients and courts, collaboration on challenging cases, and managing his own caseload. Mr. Hall's approach goes beyond the conventional view of legal work; he values listening to clients' goals and effective communication with opposing counsel as essential tools for achieving the best outcomes efficiently and cost-effectively. His greatest strengths lie in his receptiveness to ideas and strategies from others, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Mr. Hall actively engages with team members, recognizing their invaluable input in guiding MDK's efficiency. His journey at MDK, which began in 2012 as a staff attorney, reflects a trajectory of growth and advancement, from a judgment department role to leading the Illinois team and eventually transitioning to the bankruptcy department in 2015. Mr. Hall earned his B.S. degree from Ohio State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University.

Richard J. Sykora
is director of Ohio practice group with MDK. His practice is dynamic and diverse, from communicating with high-level client contacts to working on processes with team members. Mr. Sykora manages the lien monitoring and evictions portfolios for the Ohio practice group, showcasing his ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with ease. He excels in building strong interpersonal relationships, believing that success is more attainable with respect, kindness, and preparation, especially in matters that require litigation. Mr. Sykora applies these principles to everyone he encounters, from court staff to federal judges to opposing counsels, striving to understand their motivations and find solutions that benefit all parties involved. He earned his B.S. degree from Hilbert College and his J.D. degree from University of Akron School of Law.

Charles R. Gallagher, III
is a managing partner with Gallagher & Associates Law Firm, P.A., where his current practice focuses on insurance litigation, foreclosure defense, real estate litigation, and consumer law. Mr. Gallagher is a member of The Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is currently the vice-chair of the Programs Board of the American Bar Association's Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division. Mr. Gallagher is currently admitted to practice before all courts in Florida; as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Middle and Northern districts of Florida; and U.S. Tax Court. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a degree in politics and earned his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
