Lorna M. Wiggins
is a shareholder in the Albuquerque law firm of Wiggins, Williams & Wiggins, P.C. She has practiced primarily in the areas of labor and employment law. Ms. Wiggins started practicing law in New Mexico after completing a judicial clerkship. Much of her practice includes advising management on various personnel issues, including hiring, discipline, termination and layoff issues; negotiating employment contracts; non-compete agreements; patent waiver agreements; and assisting management in developing and implementing personnel policies. Ms. Wiggins regularly assists management in certification and decertification elections, negotiating union contracts, arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges. She regularly defends employers before the New Mexico Human Right Commission, EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, and state and federal courts. Ms. Wiggins routinely provides training to employers in recognizing and eliminating discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and is a frequent lecturer on labor and employment law. She attended Southern Methodist University, and earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota and her J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Ms. Wiggins is a member of the Albuquerque and American bar associations, and State Bar of New Mexico.

Sarah N. Turner
is a partner with the employment/labor, ERISA/life, health and disability, and cannabis, hemp and CBD practice groups, and is a co-managing partner of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP's Seattle office. Her employment and labor practice focuses on employers and includes a hybrid of counseling and litigation. Ms. Turner is an experienced litigator who has represented and defended employers in matters involving claims for wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, privacy, defamation, ADA, leave and benefits, breach of contract, violation of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and wage and hour. She practices in both Washington and Oregon's state and federal trial and appellate courts; and in arbitrations before American Arbitration Association, and Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services. Ms. Turner also has experience representing clients before federal and state agencies including the National Labors Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, Department of Health, Washington's Labor and Industries, Washington's Human Rights Commission, Employee Security Department, Seattle Office of Civil Rights, Oregon's Bureau of Labor and Industries, and other state and local administrative agencies. She earned her bachelor's degree from University of California, San Diego and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from New England School of Law. Ms. Turner is a member of American, Washington State and King County bar associations; Oregon State Bar, Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, and Defense Research Institute. She is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon and Massachusetts; U.S. District Courts, Washington, Eastern and Western districts; U.S. District Court, Oregon; U.S. District Courts, District of Massachusetts; and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Gabrielle M. Wirth
is a partner with Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Her successful trial experience in a broad range of employment disputes, including wage and hour, whistleblower, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and trade secret/noncompetition cases; and her work with the corporate team on acquisitions and startups equip her to nimbly assess and provide legally compliant options, whether in the counseling or litigation defense role. Ms. Wirth also represents employers before a wide variety of state and federal agencies including the EEOC, OFCCP, state human rights agencies, Labor Commission, Employment Development Department and OSHA. She earned her A.B. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Ms. Wirth is a member of the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, John Muir Heritage Society, Yosemite Conservancy, Member and Breakfast Committee, Orange County United Way Women's Philanthropy Fund, Orange County United Way, and the Alexis de Tocqueville Society. She is admitted to practice in California and Montana; and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central, Southern and Eastern districts of California.

Thomas J. Mew, IV
is a partner with Buckley Bala Wilson Mew LLP, where he practices a broad range of employment law matters, including both individual and class action wage and hour, discrimination and harassment litigation, as well as in arbitration and mediation. He also is an advisor on employment contracts, releases, and restrictive covenant issues. Mr. Mew is the co-author of Georgia Motion Practice, a guide to civil motion practice in Georgia's trial and appellate courts, and the co-author of Georgia Employment Law. He has litigated in state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Mew earned his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
