Trey Eckloff
is a shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran. His practice is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis in the construction industry, real estate litigation & transactions, business law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Eckloff represents a broad mix of clients through all stages of the litigation and pre-litigation processes in state courts, federal courts, and arbitrations. He has been involved with multiple cases that went through trial and subsequent appeals. He also represents and counsels clients on day-to-day legal issues, business issues, and advises clients on strategies for avoiding litigation altogether, focusing on each clients' individual needs and goals. Mr. Eckloff attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and graduated with a certificate in corporate and commercial law where he was also a staff editor for the Transportation Law Journal. Mr. Eckloff has been in private litigation practice since graduation and has represented a variety of institutional and individual clients across the entire State of Colorado. Mr. Eckloff is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

J. Matt Davis
is an attorney with Jackson Kelly PLLC, in the firm's land and natural resource development practice group. His practice focuses on the preparation of mineral title examinations, curative litigation and mineral acquisitions. Mr. Davis has served as lead counsel in partition actions, debt collection proceedings and petitions to acquire minerals held by unknown or missing owners. He has served as assistant counsel in civil actions involving quiet title and trespass claims. Mr. Davis has also represented a number of public utilities, public service districts and motor carriers in rate and certification cases before the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. He is a graduate of Emory & Henry College, and a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.

Dora F. Kaufman
is a partner in the law firm of Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, P.A., where she practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, banking law, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and debtor and creditor workouts. She is admitted to practice before The Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern districts of Florida, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 11th and Federal circuits. Ms. Kaufman earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University. She has actively served as an appointed member of The Florida Bar's Civil Procedure Rules Committee, the Federal Court Practice Committee (including service as appointed vice chair), the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee (JNPC), the Judicial Administration and Evaluation Committee and the statewide Standing Committee on Professionalism (including service as appointed chair of education and Resources working group) since May 2009. She contributed toward preparation of a trial practice manual for Bancroft Publishing; prepared sections of reference manuals on Florida foreclosure and related title, repossession and bankruptcy issues for National Business Institute; and has served as faculty or in a moderator role at multiple CLE seminars. Ms. Kaufman has served as a facilitator of Federal Judicial roundtable discussions with Federal Judges at programs hosted by the Federal Court Practice Committee of The Florida Bar; and presented at annual Florida Bar meetings; and has served as a trainer/mock interviewer at a Judicial Nominating Commission training presented by the JNPC. She is on the Executive Committee/Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association's Broward County Chapter (FBA), and has hosted/coordinated FBA-sponsored Federal District Court orientation and technology programs at the U.S. District Court.

Sarah M. Geltz
, Esq. is a shareholder in the Cornerstone Law Firm in Winter Springs, Florida. Ms. Geltz focuses her practice on transactional business law, estate planning, asset protection and strategic consulting. A large focus of her practice is dedicated to acting as ongoing counsel to businesses in a number of sectors including, retail, automotive, healthcare, real estate and professional services. She received her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of South Florida in 1996 and spent the early part of her career working in marketing, medical sales, leadership development and sales training. Her time working in these complex and diverse markets gave her significant insight into the challenges facing business owners and entrepreneurs. With the support of her husband (and best friend) Ms. Geltz decided to pursue her true passion and obtain a Juris Doctor Degree from Barry University School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class. Ms. Geltz began her legal career as in-house counsel for a retirement advisory and financial planning group working closely with advisors, clients, school districts and government entities educating, conducting seminars and developing sound estate and asset protection plans for the markets served.

Ricardo Aponte-Parsi
is a real estate and corporate counsel with a 22+ year track record of assessing risk, managing litigation, and building compliance systems to protect organizational interests. He is a trusted business partner and problem solver, dedicated to delivering exceptional results that advance business objectives through preventive counseling, strategic risk management, and shrewd advocacy. Mr. Aponte-Parsi is a team leader and project manager who builds relationships, leads change, and communicates effectively with private and public stakeholders. He earned his bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, with a major in international relations and his J.D. degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. In May 2014, Mr. Aponte-Parsi completed his Master of Laws degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Certificate in Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. In 2018, he completed a second LL.M. degree at Georgetown University Law School in securities and financial regulation. In 2022, Mr. Aponte-Parsi completed a certification in Privacy Law from Seton Hall University School of Law. He was president of the Board of the Puerto Rico Education Council, the licensing agency for the Commonwealth, and is currently the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the San Juan Community College. Since November of 2024, Mr. Aponte-Parsi has worked as an Associate General Counsel- Office of the General Counsel of the Air Force (SAF/GCN) at Lackland Air Force Base, in San Antonio, Texas. SAF/GCN provides legal and policy advice to members of the Secretariat, air staff, and space staff on virtually all matters relating to the department's 180 installations, nearly 10 million acres of real estate, base realignment, and closure; annual $7 billion installation and operational energy budgets; annual multibillion-dollar military construction program; $8.3 billion military privatized housing portfolio; programs for environmental planning, compliance, and restoration and natural and cultural resources management; and programs for safety and occupational health. The division advises the Center of Excellence for Environment, Facilities, and Installations and the Energy, Environmental, and Installations Directorates within the Air Force Civil Engineer Center.

Jazmine Greer
is an attorney and founder of Greer Law Firm Co LPA. She empowers individuals to understand their legal rights and responsibilities by providing legal consulting; document preparation, interpretation and negotiation; and litigation in the areas of real estate law, business law, legacy planning (estate planning) and personal injury. Ms. Greer earned her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Fisk University and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University. She is licensed in both the Northern and Southern districts of the Ohio Federal Court, and a certified mediator and licensed title agent.

Paige M. Bellino
is an attorney with McNally & Bellino where she practices in the areas of title claim litigation, professional liability, commercial litigation, real estate, creditor's rights. She has experience representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Bellino also regularly represents lenders and owners in title claim litigation involving priority disputes, boundary line disputes and other common and obscure title issues. In addition, she assists clients with the business formation, continuity and dissolution process, and her services include but are not limited to corporate filings, contract negotiations (partnership agreements, operating agreements), preparation and enforcement of corporate governance documents (articles of incorporation, constitution and by-laws) and advice pertaining to exit plans for business dissolution. Ms. Bellino also represents clients in matters of estate planning, and has extensive litigation experience, having appeared in many courts, state and federal, on a wide variety of matters throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania pertaining to title claim litigation, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and professional liability matters. In July 2021, she joined with Stephen McNally, Esquire to form McNally & Bellino, LLC. Ms. Bellino has served as a panelist/faculty member for various seminars concerning real estate, title issues, land surveys and legal descriptions and their relationship to title insurance. She appeared as a panelist at the 2023 and 2024 Survcon events in Atlantic City sponsored by the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors. During the 2024 Survcon event, Ms. Bellino spoke on two separate panels; one on preparing and negotiating contracts and the other on surveyors serving as experts in litigation. She and her partner, Stephen McNally, successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court in Green Knight v. Calderon, 252 N.J. 265 (2022) which resulted in an interpretation of the Tax Sale Law favorable to their client. Ms. Bellino is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association, Cape May County Bar Association, New Jersey Land Title Association, Pennsylvania Land Title Association and is an affiliate member of the Cape May County Association of Realtors and the NEXUS Board of Realtors. She is also a volunteer board member of the Cherry Hill Football Club, where she serves as the director of carding and certification. Ms. Bellino resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with her husband and their two sons, and in her spare time she likes to cook and enjoys running.
