Warren J. Roth
is a partner at Roth Law Group PLLC. He has practiced in the areas of workers' compensation, social security disability and negligence litigation for over 25 years. Mr. Roth has represented the interests of those people who protect us all; primarily municipal workers such as police officers, fire fighters, corrections officers, union workers, teachers, as well as those who go to work every day to support themselves and their families. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Pace University Law School. Mr. Roth is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern districts of New York and Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

John E. Dunlap
is a sole practitioner with Law Offices of John E. Dunlap in Memphis, where he is board-certified by the Tennessee Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Commission in consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Dunlap's main areas of practice include bankruptcy, workers' compensation, personal injury, ERISA litigation, and Social Security disability. He is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Memphis and American bar associations, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.

Amber C. Sheppard
, with her service dog Tubbs, brings humility and humor to her CLE presentations and her Louisiana and Mississippi clients at Pugh Accardo LLC in Mandeville, Louisiana. She handles workers' compensation defense claims as well as business litigation and intellectual property. As LA Bar Intellectual Property Secretary, ABA IPL YLAG Trademark Case Report Lead, and USPTO Practice and Policies Vice Chair, Ms. Sheppard's active in continuing education and publications. Her Be Fierce and Kind® philosophy guides her advocacy in the courtroom and community. A sought-after national speaker, Ms. Sheppard conducts CLEs on business law, neurodiversity, and service dog laws. She implemented landmark therapy dog programs in Louisiana: the first in 22nd JDC Juvenile court and the first in a Louisiana Assisted Outpatient Treatment program. Ms. Sheppard is a three-time Louisiana Bar pro bono award winner and her children's book Court of Paw™ is nationally recognized for teaching youth about therapy dogs. In 2025, she was selected as ABA Outstanding Lawyer On The Rise and named a Diversity Fellow. Ms. Sheppard earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Southeastern Louisiana University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law.
