Sean V. Small
is a business litigation lawyer with Lasher who has been practicing law since 2005. His practice focuses on the resolution of complex litigation disputes, where he has assisted businesses and individuals resolve contract, real estate, and employment disputes. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Small works closely with entrepreneurs, startups, and emerging companies offering legal support through all stages of a company’s development by providing strategic business planning. He has worked with a wide range of clients across various industries, including real estate, construction, and technology.

Daniel S. McGrath
has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial disputes for over 35 years. Over those years Dan has developed significant experience in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, real estate law, construction litigation, personal injury and estate planning. Dan serves as outside general counsel to a number of his business clients. Dan advises his clients on the day-to-day issues that require legal and business counsel. Dan also works as a mediator and arbitrator to resolve a variety of disputes. Dan's Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") practice consists of mediating and arbitrating disputes including, but not limited to, commercial and business disputes, employment matters, real estate, contractual disputes and construction claims. Dan served on the governing counsel of Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association from 2003 to 2017, serving as chair in 2009/2010. Dan frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars and also speaks to other professional associations on legal topics within his areas of practice.

Delia Bouwers Bianchin
is a seasoned business attorney, and currently serves as managing partner at Outside Virtual Counsel, LLC. She focuses her practice on corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Bianchin has over two decades of high level experience practicing law. For the first decade of her career, she focused in complex commercial litigation at two large prominent law firms in Pittsburgh, and then spent ten years as in-house counsel for a diversified contract manufacturing company and for a dynamic start-up. In those first ten years of practice, Ms. Bianchin practiced complex commercial litigation at both K&L Gates (formerly Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP) and Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC. She then joined Penn United Technologies, Inc., and for ten years held the position of general counsel for the diversified, international precision tool and die manufacturing company based in Cabot, Pennsylvania. More recently, Ms. Bianchin has developed a boutique practice, focused on providing outside general counsel legal services to small and medium-sized businesses in western Pennsylvania and across the country. She earned her B.A. degree in English from Calvin College and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law; where she simultaneously served as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Commerce and research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Ms. Bianchin is actively involved in community affairs, serving on various organizational and non-profit charitable boards and as a volunteer. She is a member of the Butler County, Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations.

Bethany Lawrence
is a Senior Manager in the Business Valuation and Litigation Consulting Department, focusing on litigation support. In her current role, she is responsible for building valuation models, gathering and analyzing industry research, drafting and review of valuation reports, participating in mediation and settlement conferences, and court testimony. Ms. Lawrence also provides economic damage analyses, asset tracing, spousal support analyses, and estate or gifting valuations. In recent years, she has valued numerous construction and project management companies, automotive dealerships, professional services firms, medical practices, and sole owner businesses. Ms. Lawrence has published several articles for clients and collaborators. She has provided technical assistance to clients and regional businesses regarding the Paycheck Protection Program ("PPP") and developed the Apple Growth Partners PPP Estimated Loan Forgiveness Calculator (now as part of Eide Bailly LLP). Ms. Lawrence has been with Apple Growth Partners (now Eide Bailly LLP) for approximately ten years, and her prior experience includes roles as an equity research associate valuing publicly traded companies and developing Buy-Hold-Sell ratings for institutional investors and portfolio managers.She graduated summa cum laude from Ashland University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance.
