Sarah J. Barnes
is an attorney and legal counsel with National Benefits Services LLC, where she handles all levels of trust and estate administration matters. She was previously in private practice for many years, where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Ms. Barnes earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Legal Association of Women, and the Madison Estate Planning Council. Ms. Barnes serves on a number of non-profit boards, is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education seminars, and has served as guest faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin.

Elysia Prendergast-Jones
is managing attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina. She is a board-certified specialist in family law. Ms. Prendergast-Jones supervises other in-house attorneys on family and domestic violence matters, advising on legal precedents, legal instruments, and the correct application of laws and statutes in district, superior and appellate courts. She also speaks at numerous CLE seminars and trainings. Ms. Prendergast-Jones earned her B.A. degree from Coker College, her M.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Webster University, and her J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

Lawrence G. Gillespie
is a member of the law firm of Gillespie, Hetlage & Coughlin, L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of domestic relations law and appellate practice. He has spoken for various professional groups on topics relating to his areas of practice. Mr. Gillespie has argued numerous case before the Missouri Supreme Court involving various domestic relations matters, including guardians ad litem for children in custody cases, appellate and trial court jurisdiction, interstate and intrastate relocation of custodial parents and third-party custody. He is a member of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, St. Louis County Bar Association and The Missouri Bar. Mr. Gillespie earned his H.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Louis University and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law.

Amber James
is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C., where her main areas of practice are divorce, child custody, parental alienation, mediation, adoption, and surrogacy. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Domestic Relations Division as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph A. Ferguson, Jr., and in the firm of Shaw-Anderson, LLC. Ms. James earned her B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. James is also a board-certified family law trial advocate, having received her board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and the American, Morgan County and Huntsville-Madison County bar associations. Ms. James has previously been recognized as Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 by the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship in Huntsville, Alabama. Her firm was chosen as the Professional Services Business of the Year in 2020 by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Her firm is consistently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Huntsville, Alabama and recently received the designation of Best Place for Working Parents.
