Alex Norman
is a trial lawyer representing individuals who have suffered brain and spinal cord injuries in car and commercial truck crashes. Driving a motor vehicle on the road is a privilege. When someone abuses that privilege, they have to be held to account for all of the harm that they cause. Mr. Norman's personal history inspires his passion for seeking full justice for the people. Born and raised in Berks County, Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of Temple University and Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. Following law school, Mr. Norman worked for insurance defense firms for more than a decade. He represented insurance companies, insurance policy holders, and Fortune 500 companies in personal injury cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He saw first hand how insurance companies treat injured people. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan he worked at a boutique trial litigation firm in Center City representing folks who suffered catastrophic injuries from reckless drivers, defective products, unsafe properties, and inadequate security. Mr. Norman is admitted to practice in Pennslyvania and New Jersey.

Domenic B. Sanginiti, Jr.
is a shareholder with Stark & Stark PC and a member of the accident and personal injury group. He concentrates on catastrophic personal injury matters, negligent security claims, wrongful death and product liability matters. Mr. Sanginiti also focuses his practice on the hazards and defects of lithium ion batteries, e-cigarettes and other vaping products. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he practiced personal injury for two south-Jersey law firms, where he defended casinos against personal injury claims, as well as defending health insurance carriers against claims for benefits under ERISA. Mr. Sanginiti served as judicial law clerk to current Supreme Court Justice Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina, while he was presiding judge of the Civil Division of Camden County, New Jersey. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College of Arts & Sciences, his M.B.A. degree from Drexel University Lebow College of Business and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden.

Thomas Rinaldi
is a dedicated trial attorney at Epstein Ostrove LLC, where he practices in both the personal injury and medical malpractice departments. His focus is on holding responsible parties accountable and obtaining the compensation his clients deserve. In his first decade of practice, Mr. Rinaldi has helped recover over $40,000,000 for his clients. His success has earned him numerous prestigious accolades. He has also been recognized by the American Association of Attorney Advocates as a top Attorney in Personal Injury for 2023 and 2024. For eight consecutive years, Mr. Rinaldi has been named to the National Trial Lawyers' list of Top 40 Under 40, a distinction reserved for the top young trial attorneys in the nation. Additionally, he has been consistently recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers and was named one of the "New Leaders of the Bar" by the New Jersey Law Journal. Mr. Rinaldi earned his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law.

Sean P. Hart
is a shareholder at Kent/McBride. His practice scope entails all aspects of civil litigation including personal injury, commercial litigation, liability defense, consumer fraud, and business disputes. Mr. Hart has successfully counseled clients on a variety of complex legal issues and has demonstrated a track record of success through numerous legal accomplishments. He has represented clients of all sizes in complex litigation matters including individuals, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and government entities. Prior to joining Kent/McBride, Mr. Hart was an associate attorney at a litigation firm in Gibbsboro, New Jersey where he concentrated his practice on personal injury, product liability claims, consumer fraud, professional malpractice, municipal court violations, and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where he was admitted into the highly selective and rigorous JD/MBA program. Mr. Hart finished both degrees a semester early due to his outstanding achievement and scholarship as a student. During law school, he clerked for a global Fortune 100 insurance company where he focused his work on matters such as motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall accidents, dog bites and products liability cases. Mr. Hart earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Drexel University where he was a double-major in marketing and legal studies. Prior to graduation, he was awarded with the prestigious "Emerging Leader" award by Drexel University. Andrew R. Bronsnick
is Co-Chair and Partner in Mandelbaum Barrett PC's Personal Injury & Workers' Compensation Practice Group and is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He helps clients in New Jersey and New York. His understanding and knowledge of personal injury law extend to the following: brain injuries, burn injuries, dog bites, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, spinal cord injuries, slips and falls, workplace accidents and wrongful death. Mr. Bronsnick also assists clients in cases of business litigation and professional malpractice and represents medical providers against insurance companies in matters of insurance fraud and Workers' Compensation payments. An experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Bronsnick is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has recovered millions in awards and settlements for his clients in New Jersey since 1997. He also litigates on behalf of small businesses and medical practices in state and federal courts on issues including, commercial and partnership disputes, insurance fraud, ERISA litigation and medical compliance issues. Mr. Bronsnick was recognized to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list from 2013 through 2022 and named to the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyer List from 2014-2022. Michael A. Kosar
is a principal in Post & Schell, P.C.'s Casualty Litigation Department. In his practice, he counsels and defends clients in construction defect, environmental exposure and contamination, workplace accidents, and Dram Shop/liquor liability claims involving high exposure bodily injury and property loss. Mr. Kosar is an experienced litigator who has committed over two decades to defending clients, including real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors, fuel suppliers, retail merchants, and bars and restaurants, in arbitration, mediation, and at trial. His practice includes defending fuel suppliers and other merchants in third party property damage claims, class actions, and subrogation matters. Mr. Kosar also defends bars and restaurants in Dram Shop/liquor liability claims and acts as monitoring counsel for such claims on behalf of establishments excess insurance carriers. He has argued before and been affirmed by the New Jersey Appellate Division and was asked to appear Amicus Curiae on behalf of the New Jersey Fuel Merchants Association. A frequent speaker on the issues and challenges facing his clients, he has presented seminars on litigation strategy, trial preparation, insurance policy and contract interpretation, liability claims evaluation, and defense and indemnification evaluation. Mr. Kosar earned his J.D. degree at Widener University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

is the principal of The Law Office of James J. Curry, Jr., LLM in Toms River, NewJersey. He is a certified civil trial attorney on trial attorney certification, by the Supreme Court of New Jersey Board. Mr. Curry also has certification in elder law by New York University's, School of Continuing and Professional Studies. His main areas of practice include medical malpractice litigation, general litigation, estate planning, probate litigation, civil practice, elder law, wills, probate, trusts and estates, asset protection, and guardianship. Mr. Curry is a member of the New Jersey State and American bar associations, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.S. degree from St. Peter's College, his J.D. degree from Fordham University and his LL.M. degree from New York University.
