James G. Burkhardt
is an arbitrator and mediator at his firm James Burkhardt, Arbitration & Mediation LLC, where he practices arbitration and mediation of workplace disputes, including labor-management, grievance, discipline, discrimination, wages and hours, employment covenants, and contracts. Mr. Burkhardt has represented public and private sector employers and employees, and now helps resolve workplace disputes as a mediator and arbitrator. He earned his bachelor's degree from Penn State and his J.D. degree from University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Burkhardt is a certified specialist in labor and employment law; Ohio State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Council - NLRB CLE chair; and State Employment Relations Board (Ohio) Fact Finder roster. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jennifer A. Corso
is an attorney at Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA. She has more than 25 years of experience representing management in employment and labor law, and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. Ms. Corso has written several articles and spoken at numerous seminars to community business groups on employment law topics. She is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of Ohio and the U.S. Federal Court in the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Corso earned her B.S. degree from Eastern Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Marlon A. Primes
is a partner in the Cleveland office of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, LLC. He is a distinguished former assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Primes has transitioned to serve as co-chair of BMD's business and tort litigation practice, and represents companies across the U.S. in high-stakes litigation. He has handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts, including jury trials and appellate actions. Mr. Primes earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Latha M. Srinivasan
is with Lincoln Electric Company Global. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio for more than 20 years, and has worked in the areas of labor and employment law, business and civil litigation, EEO, HR, AAP, corporate EEO issues, and workplace diversity and inclusion management and implementation. Ms. Srinivasan is currently in the HR Compliance Group at a utility company with over 15,000 employees. She has presented numerous seminar topics on the various federal and state employment laws, and has contributed articles for the Bar Journal of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and other publications in the areas of employment law, social media and work life balance. Ms. Srinivasan also regularly speaks on lactation laws in the workplace. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA); and a member of the CMBA's Labor & Employment Section, Women in Law Section, Lawyers Mental Health and Wellness Committee, and Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In addition, Ms. Srinivasan is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, certified as an Edison Electric Institute employment testing manager/lead, and has earned an internal Certification of Reliability Compliance Champion at her company. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester and her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was awarded the Paul J. Hergenroeder Award in trial tactics.
