is a partner in the law firm of Hoeppner Wagner & Evans LLP, practicing in the areas of complex commercial litigation, mediations and employment law. He has been named one of "The Best Lawyers in America," has served as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Valparaiso University School of Law, president and is a lifetime fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation and a diplomat of the Indiana Defense Trial Counsel. Mr. Evans has also served as president of the Porter County Chapter of the American Inns of Court, as president of the Northwest Indiana Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and a member of the Local Rules Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. is an attorney at Clyde & Co LLP. She has a diverse background representing individuals and corporations in complex and general civil litigation, including appeals. Ms. Murphy has handled matters involving many issues, including, medical and nurse malpractice, In-home healthcare and elder abuse, Insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, including general liability, construction defects, professional liability, life and disability insurance, environmental and mass tort, excess and umbrella coverage, ocean and inland marine insurance, Maritime law, wrongful death and serious personal injury, product liability and premises liability, environmental law, business disputes and commercial law and ocean and inland marine cargo claims, as well as litigation regarding riparian rights along navigable water. She was outside trial counsel and outside general counsel to a national family of companies in the in-home elder care market for over a decade.
