Musa K. Farmand
is a partner with the law firm of Lippes Mathias LLP. He focuses his practice on representing clients in personal injury matters involving death and serious personal injury, including those related to car crashes, product failures, premises liability/shooting involving injury or death, commercial trucking crashes, traffic hearings, and mediation disputes. Mr. Farmand represents defendants and plaintiffs in numerous civil litigation matters, including commercial and contract litigation, tort litigation, fraud, landlord/tenant disputes, collection of past due amounts and accounts, insurance disputes, breach of partnership agreements, and other types of litigation in business transactions. He earned his B.A. degree, with high honors, and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Farmand is admitted to practice in the state of Florida, Middle District of Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar and Jacksonville Justice Association. Mr. Farmand has been selected to Best Lawyers in America for the last six years; and has a Pre-Eminent AV+ status with Martindale-Hubbell and five star with Avvo. He is also a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator/neutral.
