Anthony Sango
is an associate attorney with Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC in the litigation, and controlled substances & regulatory law departments. His practice comprises a range of business and civil litigation matters. Before joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, Mr. Sango was an attorney at an AmLaw 200 firm dedicated to civil defense litigation. While there, he handled cases related to personal injury, professional liability, sports and entertainment, product liability, and premises liability. In law school, Mr. Sango interned for the Government and Health Fraud Section in New Jersey's Office of the Attorney General, and worked as a graduate assistant to Amy Matey, J.D. at the Center for Health and Pharmaceutical Law and Policy. He also participated in Seton Hall Law School's Health Justice Clinic, where he assisted military veterans in receiving VA benefits and appealing VA decisions, as well as researching and writing on topics such as disability rights and the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Sango was also a judicial intern for The Honorable Nora Grimbergen. Following law school, he served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephen L. Petrillo in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division.

Stephen M. Kessler
is general counsel at Fernmoor Homes. He brings to the firm his broad experience in commercial real estate law, title expertise and business transactions to manage and resolve issues for his clients in an efficient and time sensitive manner. With a diverse background in all areas of real estate law, Mr. Kessler represented large and small companies, government agencies and institutions in financing, development and acquisitions, Low-Income Tax Credit transactions, leasing, and zoning and land use. He is a member of the Delaware State, Pennsylvania and New Jersey State bar associations. Mr. Kessler is an adjunct professor at Widener Law School and has spoken on the topic "Landlord Tenant Law - How to Prosper in the New Market." He earned his B.A. degree, high honors in history, from Muhlenberg College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School. During his time at Rutgers Law School, Mr. Kessler was also the research editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.

Darren M. Baldo
is a sole practitioner attorney with Darren M. Baldo, Esq., CPA, LLM., Attorney at Law, d/b/a Baldo Law Firm. He has been in his own practice over 20 years. Mr. Baldo's practice focus is primarily in the areas of litigation, transactions, estate planning, estate administration, corporate law, real estate, and bankruptcy. His litigation experience has focused in the areas of estate litigation, contract disputes, partnership separations, and construction litigation. Mr. Baldo's transactional experience has focused in the areas of buying and selling businesses, franchises, and real estate; employment contracts and separations; and LLC operating agreements and shareholder agreements. He earned his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova University School of Law.

is a shareholder and member of Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C.'s real estate, planned real estate development, redevelopment, and banking and commercial lending practice groups. She focuses her practice on all facets of real estate including the preparation of governing documents for planned real estate developments, real estate acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing. Ms. Kurc earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Monmouth University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
