Katiana V.R. Sibley
is a partner at Goldberg Segalla, where she focuses her practice on counseling and defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers' compensation matters. Ms. Sibley assists clients with all stages of litigation, from inception through resolution. She draws on previous experience as in-house counsel at a multi-national luxury fashion holding company, where she handled a broad spectrum of employment and litigation matters. Ms. Sibley is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association. She earned her B.S. degree from University of Miami and her J.D. degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Ms. Sibley is admitted to practice law in New York.

Adam T. Devine
is a partner with Chartwell Law where he defends self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. He leverages his previous experience as a claimant-side attorney to represent his clients in the full lifecycle of compensation claims, including representation at hearings, settlement negotiations and depositions. Mr. Devine has appeared at most of the southern New York hearing locations and has developed strong relationships with the other professionals in the worker's compensation field. He earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and his J.D. degree from Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Devine served on the Student Bar Association and gained practical experience handling cases through his work in the Civil Law Clinic. He also interned at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, where he worked in the Office of Court performance practices for court operations as well as developed and conducted customer satisfaction surveys to improve litigant and attorney experience. Mr. Devine is a member of the New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section, CUNY Citizenship NOW! (volunteer attorney), Back On My Feet (volunteer). Prospect Park Track Club, team captain and director of Cowbell Operations and the Brooklyn Community Recovery Center (volunteer). He is admitted to practice in New York.

Bradford J. Reid
focuses his practice on counseling and defending insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators on matters involving workers' compensation litigation. Brad has significant experience in all phases of workers' compensation litigation, from investigation through trial, appeal, and settlement. This experience allows him to counsel clients on effective strategies for bringing cases to closure as efficiently as possible. Brad also has extensive appellate experience handling workers' compensation appeals at the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department.

Warren J. Roth
is a partner at Roth Law Group PLLC. He has practiced in the areas of workers' compensation, social security disability and negligence litigation for over 25 years. Mr. Roth has represented the interests of those people who protect us all; primarily municipal workers such as police officers, fire fighters, corrections officers, union workers, teachers, as well as those who go to work every day to support themselves and their families. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Pace University Law School. Mr. Roth is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern districts of New York and Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Michael J. Fekete
is a partner with Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation department, as well as their real estate practice. He regularly represents individuals, business owners and companies, both publicly and privately owned, in litigation involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer fraud claims, real estate, and restrictive covenants. Mr. Fekete has extensive experience representing publicly-owned REITs, developers, commercial landlords, and court-appointed receivers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York in all facets of real estate, including lease drafting and negotiation, and commercial tenancy matters. He is a member of the New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, and serves on the New Jersey District IV Ethics Committee. Mr. Fekete earned his B.A. degree at the University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D. degree at Rutgers Law School.

Gail L. Ritzert
is a partner in the New York office of the law firm of Kiernan Trebach, LLP. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage and insurance defense matters, concentrating in both the coverage and defense of catastrophic injury cases arising from construction accidents, products and premises defects, and the defense of municipalities. Ms. Ritzert is a member of the Suffolk County, Nassau County and Connecticut bar associations. She is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, Defense Association of New York (past president) and Defense Research Institute (has served as the New York state representative). Ms. Ritzert earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Pfeiffer College, her M.Ed. degree from Frostburg State University and her J.D. degree from St. John's University.
