Marlon A. Primes
is a partner in the Cleveland office of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, LLC. He is a distinguished former assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Primes has transitioned to serve as co-chair of BMD's business and tort litigation practice, and represents companies across the U.S. in high-stakes litigation. He has handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts, including jury trials and appellate actions. Mr. Primes earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Russell D. Kornblut
is the managing partner of Cardenas, Ruple & Kurt, LLC, a Cleveland based law firm with a strong focus on creditor's rights. He has extensive experience in mortgage banking, real estate, financial institution, bankruptcy, foreclosure, regulatory, and employment law trial and litigation. Mr. Kornblut has participated as lead panelist at both the U.S. Foreclosure Network and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America national conferences, and lectured on various mortgage banking, regulatory, real estate, bankruptcy, predatory lending, class actions, and litigation related issues. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and the Ohio and Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Kornblut earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Stephen D. Richman
is Senior Counsel to the law firm of Kohrman Jackson & Krantz PLL. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Richman has concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate, corporate (closely held), business and contract law. His real estate experience includes negotiation and preparation of industrial, commercial and residential leases and purchase agreements and handling ancillary matters such as real estate tax complaints, workouts, landlord tenant disputes, secured transactions and municipal regulation matters. Mr. Richman joined the firm in 2005, after 15 years as Vice President and General Counsel to a real estate management and development organization with a portfolio of 2 million square feet in Northeast Ohio. He is a Councilman, Chair of the Planning Commission and Volunteer Juvenile Magistrate for the Village of Moreland Hills, Ohio and a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. In 2024, Mr. Richman was awarded the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association - "Justice for All Volunteer of the Year Award" for his outstanding service to the community of Greater Cleveland. He has consistently been named a "Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Attorney". Mr. Richman earned his B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Miami and his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University College of Law.

Benjamin S. Zacks
is the founding member of the Columbus firm of Zacks Law LLC, where his practice includes representation of businesses and individuals in connection with business formation, restructuring, wealth planning and funding, asset preservation, estate planning and probate, entrepreneurial law, health care practice group law, intellectual property, computers, energy and technology, debt restructuring, taxation, accounting, auditing, asset recovery matters, and international transactions. He has particular real estate experience in acquisitions and dispositions, commercial and residential lease transactions, permanent and construction financing (on behalf of both lenders and borrowers), office and condominium development, syndications, joint ventures, construction and architect contracts, developer representation, title insurance, zoning and land use development, planning services and litigation services at the trial and appellate levels (state and federal), and in arbitration. Mr. Zacks is a graduate of the Harvard Negotiation Project and has lectured to various professional groups on entity selection, professional ethics, taxation, property rights, buying and selling real estate, title insurance, zoning, and land use issues. He earned his B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School. Mr. Zacks is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Arizona, and before the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State, and American bar associations; and State Bar of Arizona.

Richard S. Koblentz
is an attorney with Koblentz, Penvose & Froning, LLC. He devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility, including legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. In 2024 Mr. Koblentz was awarded the William K Thomas Professionalism of the Year Award by the Cleveland Metropolitain Bar Association. Mr. Koblentz also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation, criminal defense, probate, real estate, small business counseling and domestic relations. He has served as president of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, is an officer of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and is a member of the Council of Visitors at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
