Julie C. Dixon
is a shareholder at Dixon & Mosely, P.C. where she practices in the areas of family law, including complex financial components of domestic relations, business matters and estates. She has co-written, taught and researched several articles on family law and domestic relations matters. Ms. Dixon earned her B.S. degree from the Indiana University, Bloomington and her J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. She is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and Boone County bar associations. Ms. Dixon practices in counties throughout the state of Indiana.

Andrea L. Ciobanu
is the managing attorney at Ciobanu Law, P.C., in Indianapolis, Indiana. She represents clients throughout Indiana in civil litigation matters, including commercial and business, defamation, family and domestic relations, protective orders, civil rights and ADA compliance, as well as appellate matters. A seasoned litigator, Ms. Ciobanu has argued before the Southern and Northern districts of Indiana Federal Courts, Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a trained registered civil, domestic and elder mediator, guardian ad litem, and parenting coordinator. Ms. Ciobanu is also a trained collaborative law professional. She has taught introductory law classes and legal ethics courses for paralegal students at Indiana University Indianapolis. Ms. Ciobanu earned her B.A. and M.P.A. degrees, both summa cum laude, from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is AV rated from Martindale-Hubbell and has been rated by Super Lawyers every year since 2013.

Bret G. Brewer
is the founder and managing director of 59-60, Inc. A winner of the Indiana CPA Society's Five Under 35 Award, he is one of seven people in the nation with all of the following credentials: Certified Business Valuation Analyst (CBA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Accredited Senior Appraiser Valuation (ASA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV). Mr. Brewer has appraised more than 400 companies in a multitude of industries for litigation support, mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, gifting, and estate tax purposes. He has taught various aspects of business valuations for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF), Family Law Institute, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), Indiana State Chapter, National Business Institute (NBI), Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA), American Society of Appraisers (ASA) Indiana Chapter, Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS), and various other venues. Mr. Brewer also has been published in the nationally recognized publications of Shannon Pratt's Business Valuation Update, The Value Examiner and The Matrimonial Strategist. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Indiana Certified Public Accountants Society, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, The Institute of Business Appraisers, and The American Society of Appraisers (Indiana Chapter president 2006-2007). Mr. Brewer earned his B.S. degrees from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, followed by additional accounting undergraduate courses at Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Brandon C. Elkins-Barkley
is an attorney with the law firm of Cross Glazier Reed Burroughs, PC, where his practice is focused on complex family law litigation, tax, and the division of various types of retirement and employment benefits. He provides comprehensive family legal services involving custody disputes and parenting issues, while also representing high-net-worth clients with complex benefits packages and financial issues. As a family law attorney with over a decade of experience, Mr. Elkins-Barkley regularly teaches other attorneys about retirement and employee benefits and how those assets are handled in divorce cases. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University, his J.D. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his Masters of Law in taxation from the University of Denver. Mr. Elkins-Barkley is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Christian Biloy
is an attorney in the firm of Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC in Indianapolis, Indiana; focusing primarily on family law, but can readily assist with tangential criminal matters to family law cases. He represents clients in varying family law issues, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, contempt proceedings, relocations, parenting time issues, juvenile paternity, guardianships, and more. During his time in law school, Mr. Biloy volunteered for the Indiana Kids' Program which served to tutor and mentor disadvantaged youth in Indiana. He has also participated in pro bono work with over sixty hours of volunteer work in the Marion County Criminal Courts. Mr. Biloy is a member of Indianapolis Bar Association and Hamilton County Bar Association, and values community outreach. He earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University Bloomington in Informatics, with a minor in biology; and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University Robert McKinney School of Law. Mr. Biloy is currently a Certified Guardian Ad Litem and volunteers his time to disadvantaged families through Indiana's Kid's Voice Program.

Howard L. Lotven
is a sole practitioner with the law office of Howard L. Lotven P.C. He primarily represents clients in criminal/municipal courts and traffic courts. Mr. Lotven has been either a prosecutor or a defense attorney in more than 10,000 cases. He also represents clients in family law matters, including divorce, paternity, modification of child support, custody and visitation. Mr. Lotven's professional associations and memberships include Volunteer Attorney Project, The Missouri Bar General Practice Committee, Municipal Court Prosecutors Association of Western Missouri, Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association, and Association of Women Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and U.S. Federal Court. Mr. Lotven earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Drake University and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
