Richard A. Barkasy
is a partner with Santoro Law Group LLC. He is an experienced commercial litigator and devotes a substantial portion of his practice to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy matters. Mr. Barkasy is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law (Camden), where he teaches bankruptcy, secured transactions and construction law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. Mr. Barkasy earned his B.A. degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law.

Marvin S. Haber
is a co-founder of the law offices of Haber DiPaul LLC. He has more than 30 years of civil, commercial and personal injury litigation experience. Mr. Haber is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State bar associations, and serves as the firm's New Jersey resident partner. He serves as a certified federal and state arbitrator (Pennsylvania), and maintains memberships in several state bars and local trial lawyer associations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Haber has recently been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Judicial Investigation Committee, organized to vet appellate judges and justices in order to maintain integrity of the Pennsylvania Appellate Court System. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his master's degree in urban affairs at Boston University. Mr. Haber earned his J.D. degree at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law.

Vincent T. Cieslik
is a shareholder at Capehart Scatchard, P.A. He is a member of the health care and business litigation groups. Mr. Cieslik focuses his practice in the representation of individuals, small businesses, not-for-profits and health care providers. He regularly represents doctors, nurses, medical practices, physical therapists, massage therapists, and other health care providers with their health care, legal, and related needs. This includes representations related to privacy, HIPPA, data privacy and breach, shareholders rights, employment rights, and rights under regulatory and professional board claims and assertions. Mr. Cieslik's representation includes service as general counsel for a large medical practice handling their health care, privacy, data privacy, HIPPA, general defense, employment, property, and other litigation needs. He also represents physicians and medical practices in shareholder, business and other disputes. In his general business practice, he represents entrepreneurs, realtors, and other business people with their litigation and defense needs. Mr. Cieslik provides his clients with a sophisticated, nuanced approach to solving problems that reflects an understanding of the concerns of modern business. He counsels clients in pre-litigation matters and seeks to assist clients in resolving disputes and problems at the early stages, through a common sense and real-world approach to business solutions, in order to avoid adverse publicity, minimize the risk of adverse litigation, and save the time and costs of expensive litigation. Mr. Cieslik's trial experience allows him to advise clients on the potential liabilities they face, analyze risk, and devise a strategy to best protect the client and its interests.
