Alaina L. Sylvester
is of counsel with Fennemore, where she practices in the firm's trusts and estates group in Reno. She advises clients in all aspects of estate planning, including probate and trust administration, and develops customized plans ranging from revocable living trusts to advanced structures designed to protect assets and minimize estate taxes. With prior experience as both an attorney and a trust officer, Ms. Sylvester brings a comprehensive perspective to the legal and financial aspects of estate planning, making her a trusted resource for clients with diverse and complex needs. She is admitted to practice in Nevada and California. Ms. Sylvester earned her J.D. degree and LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law; and her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern California.

Kevin J. Oberlies
is an associate with Blanchard, Krasner & French, APC, where his practice includes business law, real estate transactions, estate planning, probate litigation, and trademark registration. He regularly assists clients with corporate transactions, real estate loans, and trademark applications, while also engaging in all facets of litigation. Before joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Oberlies gained valuable experience through externships with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the U.S. Attorneys Office. He is admitted to practice in California, Nevada, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Mr. Oberlies earned his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and his B.A. degree in economics and classics from the University of Virginia.

Jeffrey R. Loew
is the managing partner with Trust Law Partners, LLP. His practice includes representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in fiduciary disputes and regarding accountings; trust and probate petitions and administration; and conservatorship matters. Mr. Loew brings to his practice more than a decade of experience in these areas. As an estate planner and trust administration advisor, Mr. Loew employs a wide range of estate planning techniques to help clients meet their estate planning needs and wealth transfer objectives, from straightforward wills to complex trust agreements. Mr. Loew's skills and training make him an excellent mediator in trust and estate disputes, and he has also served as an expert witness in those areas, including providing expert reports and appearing for deposition, trial, and in mediation. He is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization, a title held by less than half of one percent of practicing attorneys in California, and by only about three percent of estate planning attorneys. Mr. Loew is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel, ACTEC. Mr. Loew earned his B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas - St. Paul, Minnesota; his M.A. degree from The Ohio State University; and his J.D. degree from the University of California - Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. Mr. Loew is licensed to practice in California, Texas and Nevada.

is an attorney with BlackRock Legal, where he aggressively litigates trust, probate and other civil disputes. He is one of the most frequent litigators to appear each Friday in Clark County Probate Court. Mr. Grover also advises families through non-litigated probate administration. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the Nevada Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Grover is a member of the State Bar of Nevada. He earned his B.S. degree from Utah State University and J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
