James S. Adray
is a partner in the Toledo law firm of Adray & Grna, where he practices in the areas of business law, probate, estate planning, divorce, and medical malpractice. He also deals with estate tax issues. Mr. Adray is a mediator/arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and is a mediator trainer throughout Ohio. He has taught at the University of Toledo Law School and College of Education. Mr. Adray is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Probate and Trust Law committees), and the Ohio State (Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution committees) and Toledo bar associations. He earned both his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo.

is an attorney at the Law Office of James B. Palmquist, III, where her practice areas include family law, adoption and criminal law. is a sole practitioner in the Dayton, Ohio area. She has been an attorney for 20 years and focuses her practice on family law. Ms. Decker-Hall is the former president of the Stanley Z. Greenberg Family Law Forum. She is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Ms. Decker-Hall earned her B.A. degree from Capital University and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit School of Law.

Amy M. McKinlay
is a partner with the Columbus law firm of McKinlay Law Offices, LLC, where she practices exclusively in the area of family law. She is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a board certified specialist in family relations law. Ms. McKinlay has been named as an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2005-2016. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section), Ohio State Bar Association (Family Law Section) and the Columbus Bar Association (Family Law Committee). Ms. McKinlay earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Otterbein College; and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School.

Adam J. Thurman
is an attorney with Thurman and Associates LLC, where he focuses his practice on family law. Over the years, he has served as the secretary, vice-chair and ultimately chair of the Family Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and was appointed as a liaison to the E-Publications and Technology groups. Mr. Thurman has also been a member of the Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court's Guardian ad Litem program for over ten years. He graduated cum laude from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio and summa cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Erik B. Quattro
began his employment in May 2020 as a law clerk. Upon passing the bar exam, he became an associate attorney at Thurman and Associates LLC where he has experience handling a wide range of estate planning, domestic relations, and juvenile court matters. Mr. Quattro graduated with honors from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and holds a B.A. degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association where he is a member of their Family Law and Estate Planning sections. Mr. Quattro also assists with the yearly updates for the discovery chapter of Domestic Relations Law (Baldwin's Ohio Practice).
