Peter S. Nealis
is a partner in the Cleveland office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, who also practices in Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida. He has substantial experience representing both public and private companies, and investors in a variety of securities, regulatory and corporate governance matters. Mr. Nealis is a member of The Florida Bar and the Sarasota Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Colby College and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University.

Louis J. Licata
is a managing partner with Gertsburg Licata Co., LPA. He is responsible for the management of the firm's legal operations and oversight of its various practice areas, including the Global Business Group. Mr. Licata focuses his practice on serving as the Chief Legal Advisor to CEOs and business owners throughout the world. He has provided analysis and experience with complex issues, including Global Strategy, New Market Entry, Strategic Vision, Governance, Risk Management, Crises Management, and day-to-day problem-solving. Prior to establishing Gertsburg Licata, Mr. Licata was the founder, owner and CEO Licata Law Group. In the legal community, he has received an "A" peer-review rating, the highest acknowledgment possible in his profession from Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Licata was also the first attorney in the state of Ohio certified as a dual specialist after meeting the extensive requirements and high standards of the Ohio State Bar Association's Specialty Board and The Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Certification of Attorney's as Specialists. This is consistent with Ohio Lawyer Magazine's recognition of him as a Super Lawyer and Crain's Cleveland Business naming him "Who's Who in Technology" and as a 2022 "Notable in the Law". He has been a leader in the profession, starting one of the first internet law practices in the United States and implementing innovative firm management measures, including a paperless office initiative in 1998. Mr. Licata was formerly an associate professor of law at Cleveland Marshall College of Law. In December 2006, Ohio Magazine named him one of Ohio's Memorable Educators. Mr. Licata has written and presented on numerous legal topics and recently submitted a Chapter titled Legal Considerations for Entering Asia Markets to be published in an eBook by ExecSense Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law; a professional fellow of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University; and Cleveland State University.

Emily M. Frohman
is an attorney with Wickens Herzer Panza in Avon, Ohio. She is a member of the Corporate and Business Transactions Department and focuses her practice on representing companies in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business formation and governance, and contract matters. Ms. Frohman counsels closely-held businesses on all aspects of corporate and business law. She also counsels businesses with distressed debt concerns both in and out of bankruptcy, and represents debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. In addition, Ms. Frohman has experience representing purchasers of assets of distressed businesses. She graduated, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and served as a senior editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. Ms. Frohman has been selected as a Smart Business Dealmakers Rising Star (2024).

Ms. Cericola earned her LL.B. degree from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo and her LL.M. degree from the Ohio State Moritz College of Law. She is licensed to practice in the U.S. and Brazil.

Benjamin S. Zacks
is the founding member of the Columbus firm of Zacks Law LLC, where his practice includes representation of businesses and individuals in connection with business formation, restructuring, wealth planning and funding, asset preservation, estate planning and probate, entrepreneurial law, health care practice group law, intellectual property, computers, energy and technology, debt restructuring, taxation, accounting, auditing, asset recovery matters, and international transactions. He has particular real estate experience in acquisitions and dispositions, commercial and residential lease transactions, permanent and construction financing (on behalf of both lenders and borrowers), office and condominium development, syndications, joint ventures, construction and architect contracts, developer representation, title insurance, zoning and land use development, planning services and litigation services at the trial and appellate levels (state and federal), and in arbitration. Mr. Zacks is a graduate of the Harvard Negotiation Project and has lectured to various professional groups on entity selection, professional ethics, taxation, property rights, buying and selling real estate, title insurance, zoning, and land use issues. He earned his B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School. Mr. Zacks is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Arizona, and before the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State, and American bar associations; and State Bar of Arizona.
