David H. Gunning, II
is a member of McDonald Hopkins LLC. He is chair of the firm's business department. His practice focuses on real estate and finance. He understands the complex and challenging issues facing the real estate and finance industries . Mr. Gunning's experience spans the areas of real estate, finance, construction, and general corporate law, and includes real estate acquisition and dispositions, joint venture agreements, investor relations, negotiations/contracts, litigation management and fund development. He has represented national lenders and other financial institutions, borrowers, institutional and corporate owners, national retailers, privately-held businesses and national, regional and local developers. Mr. Gunning is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Lake Forest College and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Lori Pittman Haas
is a partner at UB Greensfelder LLP, where she represents commercial real estate clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial properties. Her clients range from national retailers whose businesses involve the use of hazardous materials to commercial real estate clients with various business interests, such as grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, hotels, oil change facilities, manufacturing, warehouses, trucking terminals, and the ownership and management of office buildings and mixed-use projects. Ms. Pittman Haas also has a robust leasing practice (representing landlords and tenants) for retail, office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities with a mix of space leases and ground leases. She earned her B.S.B.A. degree from Youngstown State University and her J.D. degree University of Akron School of Law.

Richard S. Koblentz
is an attorney with Koblentz, Penvose & Froning, LLC. He devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility, including legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. In 2024 Mr. Koblentz was awarded the William K. Thomas Professionalism of the Year Award by the Cleveland Metropolitain Bar Association. Mr. Koblentz also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation, criminal defense, probate, real estate, small business counseling and domestic relations. He has served as president of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, is an officer of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and is a member of the Council of Visitors at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
